Searching on-line I was impressed with Jennifer's website as well as the structured way she approaches returns. After a delightful phone conversation we were ready to try her service. For those that are adverse to working on-line this may not be for you but her website allows you to quickly enter or download all the information needed for your return. Since we were new we also needed to complete a short questionnaire and download our prior years return along with our 1099s. Being new was made easy and the investment of 15 mins was well worth the outcome. Jennifer confirmed information received and all communications within 24 hours (normally a couple of hours). Bottom line...a new client, complicated return, multiple states, several communications and we had our return within 4 days. Jennifer is a wizard of efficiency as is her site. Best yet...she is not only responsive but a delight to work with. This is only our first return but Jennifer gets a 10+ from us.

I started contacting ATB the last week of May with 2 emails and 3 phone calls with messages to return my call. No attempt was made to contact me. After I emailed Kim (the owner), and threatened to call TPD and PCSD and a Lawyer, I received an email with an excuse. Kim said that she had been out with a medical condition for three weeks and that the office was also short staffed. Yes, I understand...but what about the other 8 weeks that you at on my parents taxes? Also an extension was filed with Federal / State without my parents consent. I'm not sure if this is even legal and am looking into it. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and am in process of contacting the Fed /Az tax boards. So after 3 months of dealing with this company, I am done with ATB. Too bad because my parents have been getting their taxes done here for the last few years. They recently moved into a bigger space due to their business expanding, obviously they have too many clients now as their customer service reflects that. Kim's answer to this is to just ignore her clientele, their taxes will get done at HER pace. Beware of ATB...you will be sorry!
