We have been getting our taxes done at this location by Paul Bergeron for a few years. He is their…read moremost senior and experienced guy and so his expertise is required for our myriad of forms and deductions. For all that, we usually end up paying H & R Block about $400 a year. I believe this is pretty competitive with your typical lower level accountant. He is patient with us while we search our boxes full of receipts and paperwork. We are not the most organized people, and yet Paul doesn't make me feel like a complete asshole for that. Last week, a frightening letter came from the IRS and we went in to see Paul. He figured out the problem then sat with us waiting on hold for the IRS for 45 minutes. Now, that is commitment! I was so happy to feel like there was someone on our side. He (finally) spoke to the IRS people and got it worked out. Well, I don't want to speak too soon. I still fear this problem is not done, but I know we can count on Paul to help us through it.

Adobe Tax Services made mistake on my refund that cost me over $3,900. I should have received…read more$1,500 refund, based on Terry's calculations I paid $2400 in taxes. When I found the mistake and emailed Terry, never heard back from her again. She had someone else contact me and told me to go to Family court and they were not fixing anything. I paid another company to fix the mistake and amend my taxes. IRS reviewed and refunded me $3,900. When I got explanation and check from the IRS, I contacted Adobe Tax Services and asked for my money back. They told me they did everything correct. They have F rating with Better Business Bureau.

Then the owner wrote a letter for the courts making a statement about an issue I was having with my mother's probate when he was not even present during the time. Still have not received the compensation for the over or double charge.
