No. So do not say I am to blame. I brought them in and they were not scanned. Shame on you. Zero- go elsewhere if you ACCURATE returns done. She is supposed to pay the interest and penalty but now is trying to blame her client. Sorry if I raised my voice- i should've been screaming at you.

My experience was terrible, my taxes were filed incorrectly, I contacted her office and was treated rudely by her staff (over email and the telephone). I had to file an amendment to my correct taxes and as of today (9 months later) the IRS still hasn't resolved the matter. Between calls with Luoma's office and the IRS I've spend many hours trying to deal the errors that resulted from her office disregarding my instruction to consider my fellowship income/earnings (I even handed Gabrielle the relevant info from the IRS at our initial meeting). Fast forward 6 months after taxes had been filed and we had issues with both states saying we didn't provide certain items. We tried contacting our lady to help us or explain what was going on and she NEVER responded! Not to emails, not to phone calls, nothing! We ended up having to deal with each entity on our own and figuring it out - which took months. We were do disappointed that we never went back and felt like we wasted a lot of money for something we ended up having to do ourselves anyways.

Because of their extremely late responses to the reports I ask for, I decided to end work with them. When my new CPA personally asked for the my information and reports to be transferred over, they one again ignored us. This firm is clearly incompatible with its duty.
