The gentleman came to her house and said he saw the problem and is only going to have to replace the front gutter. After he did the job the next day there was a rain storm and the gutters were leaking. So my mother called him back and he globbed silicone in the seems where there was a leak. It looked horrible and it stilled leaked. So he got called again and the man tells my mother well the wood was rotted behind your gutters so maybe it's that. WHO PUTS NEW GUTTERS ON ROTTED WOOD! As soon as my mother began questioning him he became very defensive and actually started to insult her that her house was crap and she should sell which is definitely not the case. He also installed new attic ladder and cut the foot of them crooked so they dont sit flat and it doesnt close properly. I've tried to contact the company and received no response.
