HIGLY DANGEROUS UNPROFESSIONAL ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
Caused extensive chemical damage to my home, engaged in harassment and intimidation, and even trespassed onto my private property. Despite paying the full invoice, Alex retaliated by sending me to a debt collector for a debt that did not exist.The whole process ended in extensive, costly property damage, unfinished job, and legal intimidation from Alex. Attached before-and-after photos of my property, along with screenshots of text messages, so everyone can see the undeniable proof of how this company operates.
On 16/06, I requested a quote from Alexander Elliot for a Roof Wash $550 and Moss Treatment $225. Alex provided this quote purely via online property records without an on-site inspection. On June 18th, I agreed to add a House Wash package for $400 + 7% tax, totaling $1,257.25 to cover fascia boards, doors, windows. At no point did Alex or his technician, Davante, disclose that highly concentrated bleach would be sprayed directly onto my property. I explicitly requested the crew to protect my extensive plant collection, security cameras, video doorbell, and electrical outlets prior to start the cleaning. The technician flatly refused to cover anything, stating they did not carry protective plastic and he know what he is doing so I should not worry too much. He told me not to come out until I hear a knock on the door. A couple of hours later when I heard the knock on the door the technician told me he is finished and immediately I discovered severe damage which was very visible:
*My front door--originally painted in red color--was bleached to a bright orange with severe chemical damages and very visible waterlines.
*The surrounding lawn, flowers, and plants were completely soaked in bleach and are actively dying.
* Windows and large glass doors were left filthy with visible chemical streaks, and the pool deck area was left entirely soiled. When I attempted to review the damages with Alex via phone, he refused to listen, and spoke to me like a child. He immediately accused me of trying to avoid payment and threatened to place a lien on my property, send me to a collections agency, and initiate legal action. Recognizing that I am a foreign homeowner, exploited my vulnerability to bully me into immediate payment.
To resolve the issue, I requested that he repaint the front door red color card that his technician carried then I will pay the invoice in dispute due to the damages caused. The crew packed up and left without fixing the damage.
Later that same day, at 3:01 PM, my community security application alerted me that the crew had re-entered my gated community without my permission, claiming to gate security they were returning to paint. Instead, I found the young technician wandering my private property taking unauthorized photographs. He informed me that Alex asked him to go back and take photos.I warned them of trespassing, notified the main security gate to bar their re-entry, and emailed Alex of the security breach which he ignored once again. On 06/19, despite the severe property damage and Mr. Elliot's refusal to inspect the property in person, I transferred the full invoiced amount of $1,257.25 in good faith to resolve the financial dispute, explicitly asking him to honor his word to fix the door.
Shockingly, on 22/06, --2 days after receiving the full payment, Alex maliciously referred me to DCI Debt Collectors in Florida. I have already contacted the agency to provide proof of payment in full, but this action constitutes severe harassment, fraudulent debt reporting, and retaliatory business practice and bullying.

Let me be absolutely clear surfactant-based roof washing chemicals kill plants and grass when proper protective measures are not taken. This is not up for debate. It is not "unlikely." It is not "alleged." It is a well established, industry verified fact supported by chemistry, manufacturer guidelines, and every reputable soft washing standard in existence.The damage on my property -- the bleaching, the uniform burn patterns, the rapid die off -- is textbook chemical exposure. Nothing else produces this pattern. Nothing else explains the sudden destruction of healthy vegetation. The only explanation is improper handling of sodium hypochlorite and surfactants by your crew.
