I first went to her as I was taking Pilates classes across the hall, some of the ladies in the class said she was great and I should try a facial. So I did. The room is beautiful, clean, and tranquil and you are always greeted with a smile. It's a little oasis in the middle of Islip. Brabara was able to point out exactly what was going on with my skin and after one facial with a light therapy session I saw results straight away. I was hooked. She doesn't push products, but she will recommend some if you ask her, when she does LISTEN! She carries a variety of different brands, and is able to, off the top of her head tell you exactly what is in each product, what the ingredients do and why it will or won't work for you. I try to go every 6 weeks, if it's possible. I have cut down the amount of products I use on my skin, now I am only using what I get from her, (because I've realized she knows my skin much better than anyone at a beauty counter ever will) and my skin has never looked better. Oh and most definitely ask her about her hyaluronic serum. It's a serious game changer. I'm addicted! I use it as a moisturizer, it hydrates your skin, makes it glow, plumps it up, there's nothing it doesn't do. I can't say enough good things about it!! I showed her my real nail had a tiny crack on the side, so she could glue it or shorten my nails etc. instead, she filed them a tiny bit, painted right over the crack.. gave me a shitty manicure and an attitude the entire time. 5 days later and after my cracked nail getting caught on every surface I touch, now it's ripped off and my $50 regular manicure is wasted completely lol. And when I asked her how much it cost for the pedicure ( so I'd know how much each service was) she slammed her pen on the receipt to forcefully show me what everything cost. (Including extra charges to take off my gel polish that was half gone anyway lmfao) shitty attitude, shitty tip miss "Annie".
