Amazing experience. Joanna was so detail-oriented and went above and beyond on my lashes. Looking forward to sending friends here and coming back. Changed my eyelash routine! read more

Being new to the city I was reluctant to have any services done especially in the Tenderloin. I trusted the reviews and I am glad I did. Yen was sweet, patient, polite and super friendly and didn't try to up sell you on any other services. The space is clean and well organized and safe. The door remains locked when she is busy tending to her clients. I am very happy with the way my Keratine Lash lift and Tint came out and look forward to the maintance with Yen. read more

The best place to get your lashes done in the city! I love how they offer LED lashes. I feel like they last longer than normal lashes and they stay on great. They never bother my eyes at all. Everyone does a great job here. Na Yu is my go to lash tech. She takes her time and asks all the right questions to make sure she does them the way you want them done. Just remember to make an appointment ahead of time! The location may seem a bit scary since it's near the tenderloin but it's not that bad. Just exit right out of the building and you're next to union square! It's very relaxing inside. I always end up taking a nap whenever I get my lashes done. Even when I'm not tired lol! read more

this place is absolutely a hidden gem love this place customer service friendliness, super relaxing great prices I can't wait to go again you won't regret it. Yen is absolutely amazing so kind and super great. She made my eyebrows go from a hot mess too amazing it was a very relaxing enjoyable time and I really cannot wait to go back again. You won't regret it. read more

I had the best experience here very relaxing. Yen was very attentive to my request and did an amazing job with my facial. 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait to come back! read more

Consistent, friendly service here. I've gotten eyebrow lamination, lash lift, and a facial here. Great service and consistent results!

Yen has been doing my lashes now for about a two years at Glow Day Spa. Before I came here, I always found it difficult to find the right lash lady. Either the lashes were too thick, fell out unevenly, and/or grew out with painful tugging sensations. Almost always I would leave some salons with red, watering eyes. Not anymore and hence my dedication to this place. Yen takes her time, doesn't rush, and I never notice the quality changes. She consistently does an excellent job. Prices are completely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Had a deluxe facial & dermaplaning with Yen yesterday and WOW! She did an absolutely wonderful job, the process itself was so relaxing and my skin is absolutely glowing today. Can't wait to be back! read more

I booked this through classpass 5 times. The first 4 times they were great (3 out of 4 times were by Yen). This 5th time, they used lashes that were too long for my natural lashes and they collapsed and left gaps. They admitted this was the case and emergency removed it for free the next day because I had to attend a wedding. When I asked for a refund they said no and when I came in to get them removed I felt like I was being gaslighted and told "they look fine/good" by Yen and an employee (whereas friends and family said they looked starkly different and not acceptable to attend a wedding with). I understand these services take time but I feel like if you changed something and it's the wrong service you should correct it or offer a partial refund and not keep saying "it's the same" when it's clearly not compared to the previous 4 times. Not coming back again. And if you're going through Classpass, I feel like they give you less good service because you're getting a "discount". read more

I was recently in San Francisco for a week. I wanted to squeeze in a little relaxation time and decided to book a facial at Glow Day Spa. I decided on the Relax and Refresh facial... a facial with added scalp, arm and hand massage. For background, I have always believed in good skincare and get professional facials at least a few times a year at spas in the Los Angeles area. But I have to say, this facial was hands down, the best facial I have ever had. My esthetician was not only the sweetest lady, but obviously knows about high quality skin care and facials. I walked out of the salon literally glowing. And in the following days, my skin had never felt softer. If you are in San Francisco, and looking for a facial, I highly recommend going to Glow Day Spa. I truly wish I could find someone this skilled in my area. read more

Absolutely LOVE Yen's lash work. I get so many compliments and could never go to anyone else now :)

Wish I could leave 100 stars. Yen is the literal best. She is so attentive to detail, kind, and helpful. I came here for a lash lift for the first time, and then for my first lash extensions. She helped me understand how to maintain them and made me feel so comfortable throughout my experience. I've had my lash extensions for 2.5 weeks now and it still looks as good as when Yen first put them on! Could not recommend this place and Yen enough! read more

I regularly get the classic lash extensions every month or so and have been to several other salons to get them done, but I always come back to Glow Day Spa. I usually ask for Yen - she always does such a consistently good job, is very accommodating, and super sweet too. I have sensitive eyes and they're always very careful with the glue and tools, and regularly check in to see if everything feels okay. Best one I've been to in SF so far. read more

Glow Day Spa - what a gem. Conveniently located few minutes of a walk next to downtown San Francisco, the lashes done by the owner are incredible. My lashes felt comfortable (not poking at lash line) and my lash sets were fast, clean, very reasonably priced (for both refills [1, 2, 3 weeks] and new sets), and exceeds my expectations. I requested American volume and/or hybrid lashes and the result was the natural, wispy, yet full look (mega, extremely dense) that I wanted and more! 100% recommend and coming back. I also had sugaring (hair removal) done and the results are clean and lasts longer than regular waxing. I highly recommend Glow Day Spa on Geary Street. read more

Wow, I was so happy to find this gem!!! I live just up the street and have been searching for a lash lift place for so long. This little spa is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and decorated so classy! Yen was absolutely wonderful. She talked me through everything, checked on me multiple times, and made the experience so pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely be back in about a month for my re-up. I have a feeling it will be hard to get an appointment in a few months once the word is out about this place! I really couldn't speak higher of this salon/spa. The entire time there was music, calming water fountain in the background, and she even put a nice fuzzy blanket on me to keep me warm! Will be back again and next time will try to take some pics of the inside! Thanks again, Yen! read more

I am so happy that I have found my lady to do my eyelashes. I have struggled finding the right person. Yen is so amazing, she takes her time, she customizes my eyelashes needs, and amazing part is I can take a showers or get in the pool right after I get my eyelashes done. It stays on strong. I get excited to see her. Oh, I take a long relaxing nap while she works. Her hands are gentle & soft & she is so caring. Once you meet her, you won't leave her alone. Forever thankful. read more

Yen is wonderful! This was the first time I got a eyelash tint and lift AND an eyebrow tint and lamination and I couldn't be more happy with how things turned out. Yen did a wonderful job at explaining the process and what to expect afterwards. I was a little taken aback by my eyebrows at first (just so new to me) but she let me know that it will fade a little and to go home and style them how I like. This is the next day and I'm not wearing any mascara or eyebrow pencil/gel. I'm so happy and will definitely be going back. Thank you, yen!! read more

I come here once or twice a month for lashes and brow tint and wax. It's my favorite place in the city and I'm die-hard loyal. I never have to wear makeup and my lashes by Glow Day Spa have inspired more than a handful of other people to get them as well. Book ahead! read more

I got my lashes lifted today by Yen. She is super sweet, efficient & my lashes look beautiful! So glad I found her!

I kind of don't want to write this review because I don't want to give up one my new secret gems! However the service was amazing, so nice, super gentle hands and after going many places to get lash extensions that look like my lashes just better and ending up with crazy long or thick ones, I finally found a spot that gets my vibe!! The spa is very relaxing and the neck pillow is AMAZING. I totally fell asleep and definitely started snoring (lol!). Only thing is the restaurant across the street has a drag brunch on Sunday's which sounds SUPER FUN but kinda killed my zen vibe. So, if you're looking for a zen experience either bring earbuds or avoid going on Sunday afternoon. read more

Loved my experience at Glow Day Spa! Yen was super welcoming and guided me through the Lash Lift. The spa smells amazing and I here is ambient lighting, soft music and the small water feature that makes the experience very relaxing. Her hands were gentle and she offered me a lot great advice on growing my lashes and making my lashes look fuller. I also loved the results! My lashes have never looked so long and curled. Definitely will be back and recommend! read more
