The furniture was to die for & the prices were fantastic. The young man in the toy department went out of his way to help me with a bubble machine. Nothing but problems with the delivery company that they use, T&T Distribution in Fredericksburg. We took off work 3 different times but they never delivered the furniture. We purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture from them in multiple deliveries due to non-availability. With one delivery, the drivers damaged the kitchen table set so they had to disassemble it and load it back onto the truck. After that, different delivery dates were promised BUT unsuccessful. Extremely waste of time and energy. EXTREMELY bad customer service. THEY NEED TO USE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY COMPANY.
