She was incredibly…read morekind, helpful, and welcoming, and she maintained such a positive attitude throughout the entire interaction. Unfortunately, when I walked in, the other associates at customer service did not greet me, and some were on their phones rather than assisting customers. Zoe was the only associate who took the initiative to help me, and she truly stood out because of her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond. Employees like Zoe make a real difference in the customer experience, and she deserves to be recognized for the excellent service she provides. I sincerely hope her hard work and dedication are acknowledged because she is a wonderful representation of what customer service should look like!

My husband…read moreattempted to speak to the store manager but was told "SHE WAS TOO BUSY" to speak to customers and deal with problems!! WOW! Nothing but problems with the delivery company that they use, T&T Distribution in Fredericksburg. We took off work 3 different times but they never delivered the furniture. We purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture from them in multiple deliveries due to non-availability. With one delivery, the drivers damaged the kitchen table set so they had to disassemble it and load it back onto the truck. After that, different delivery dates were promised BUT unsuccessful. Extremely waste of time and energy. EXTREMELY bad customer service. THEY NEED TO USE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY COMPANY.

He also could have ensured that I received a receipt before leaving the store and maybe I would have noticed the sales tactic being used to take money from a long standing Verizon customer. Although I do not plan to leave Verizon for this devious dishonesty, my trust in Verizon and its authorized dealers is fading. I have read where this has happened to others. It makes no sense why this would be allowed. Due to the fact that I am unsure if anyone will read or act on this review, I will be writing reviews about this on yelp and pasting it to any other review page available. My family and I have spent a lot of money with Verizon and have had small issues in the past. Forcing a customer to unknowingly purchase an unwanted membership is one that cannot be overlooked.
