We consulted with 2 flooring companies and were very pleased we chose Williamsburg Flooring and Design. After an initial walk through Dwayne Hall was able to provide a fair estimate and when we showed up at the showroom to consider our options we were very impressed with how he recalled the spaces in our home and was able to help us make the best choices for our flooring. Not only did Mr. Hall's team replace damaged tile in our bathroom without us having to replace all the tile, they did a fantastic job laying tile in our kitchen, guest bath and pre-finished wood flooring in our living room, master bedroom and dining room. We chose a decorative tile in our kitchen which has been placed with precision against the solid tile. It makes a lovely pattern that is not too busy. We stayed with laminate in our master closet and that too was perfectly placed. Williamsburg Flooring does it all!!! All the work was done very professionally and in a timely manner without any extra cost. Each team that came in our home was kind, considerate, cleaned up after themselves and worked hard to get their job done accurately and without any delay. Dwayne was very good about staying in touch through the whole process. I would highly recommend Williamsburg Flooring and Design for any floor work you need done in your home.

The showroom looked nice and promising until we noticed no one was on the floor. We walked around and waited for around 20-30 minutes, chatting and looking at options on our own. We weren't trying to be quiet because we'd hoped someone would eventually notice us. When someone finally did notice, he sat us down and tried to schedule a walkthrough of where we'd need the floor. When we told him we just wanted advice on floor options, he insisted they needed to come to our house with a group of people to check it out first no matter what. We explained we didn't need that, but he kept insisting he needed to visit our home. We didn't appreciate how pushy he was and how unheard we felt so we left.

absolute nightmare!! unfortunatly i had to give a star to…read morepost the review. the first issue was the sales person giving us an estimate on cabinets that she stated would be availiable in the next few weeks, only to find out these cabinets have not been available the whole time she has been there and no clue on when they would be available. instead she did the estimate and told us she would call in a little over 2 weeks to give us an update. no call. we chose different cabinets, placed the order, she stated someone would come do measurements, but when the contracters turned the tickets down there was no communication, we were left to wait, my husband called and she stated that because of that issue we could order and if we needed to return we could return and the restock fee would be waived. that was a complete lie, we were charged the restock fee and she told my husband she had to do that because corparate was on them about telling peolpe that. no communication skills at all. sales person stated the reason for that was she was in over her head with work. several times she advised us that she would leave notes for the store manager in case we needed to speak to him about the issues we were dealing with, and she never left one note. when we called the store manager was completely clueless and stated we had to wait for her to return. cabinets ordered end of march. base cabinets and 1 wall cabinet received beginning of april, 3 more wall cabinets received this week, but still told a couple of weeks for the last 1 cabinet. one cabinet needed the doors warrantied out. called about it on 4/17 only to find out the claim was not put it. claim eventually got put in and still no date on when they will arrive. sales person had no knowledge of products being sold, resulting in items having to be returned, and being told we would have to pay the restocking fee for her mistake. items were returned and we never received any communication on the refund process. one item was returned 4/10 and i wasnt aware of there being any money returned until 4/28 when i went into the office. sales person has stated several times she has sent emails, when we informed her we had not received that she stated she had the wrong email(which was a complete lie, she has had the same email and we have verified it several times) would not recommend this location at all.
