I arrived only a few minutes beforehand. The main door was locked for security and each salon is listed with numbers to contact your person. Satoya picked me up right away. I've only had a couple of facials in my lifetime so I'm curious how they compare. This was a quick hour! My skin was deep cleansed and exfoliated, plus steamed for several minutes. Serums and lotions made my skin feel pampered and soft. Satoya also pointed out that my skin leaned oily and the dry spots were brought on by dehydration. More water! This was a relaxing appointment and background music played to add to the experience. I believe product is available for purchase and more services are offered, including waxing and lashes.

She actively rolled her eyes several times and at one point looked at one of the bridesmaids and stated "I said OK". Once we sat down most of the bridesmaids were done with their pedicures before the bride had even been touched, even with the specific reservation. Whatever this girl was going through, I hope her day improved so she didn't treat others this way. To begin with, there is no waiting inside the salon. You have to stay in your car and call them and they will tell you when to come in so we already started on the right foot! The first thing you will need to do is use sanitizer when you walk in and put on your face mask. Everyone inside was wearing a mask so it felt even more comforting. Additionally, the stylists have their chairs set 6 feet apart to follow social distancing. Everything from the chair to the hair washing stations are sanitizer after each person is done. Kenzie Turk was my stylist and she was awesome! Great conversation without it being too much and she recommended some products but wasn't pushy like some other places! I will definitely come back!

Friday I got there for my appointment and I don't think I was booked as an appointment. It was like I was coming in as a walk in and they just called some random nail tech from the back to do my manicure and pedicure. She did a terrible job. I have polish on my skin and my polish looks lumpy and uneven. She did a sloppy job on my cuticles and she was so messy and unorganized. Just a terrible job. I love Lily but it was a slap in the face to be a customer for so many years and get treated so poorly. Unfortunately I won't be getting my nails done here anymore.
