He said she was nice enough but mentioned that he believes she left a half hour earlier than what we paid for. As for the work itself, it was just ok. If you want a base cleaning then this would have been fine, but I specifically purchased a DEEP cleaning. Me and my mother in law ended up having to go back over everything the cleaner supposedly did. Also, they only send out one cleaner not two. I'm pretty sure the house would have been cleaner if there were two people as a deep cleaning can be a lot of work for just one person hence why she probably left early. Overall I am not likely to purchase this cleaning service again.

Generally they are nice and helpful. They do a decent job. The one time I had some less than satisfactory, they were quick to help by changing back to the original people I had. I would recommend them to anyone that needs cleaning from time to time, I am sure there are also great for one time cleanings.
