What I like the most is that she takes her time to do the job right, and she really listens to what you want her to do. She cares about her clients. I hate it when a stylist rushes through an appointment. Alison does not do this. She also takes care of my elderly mother and father, and I love how she engages them. They don't get out of the house much anymore, so this is a bit of a social visit for them too. The whole staff should be commended for the fine job they do. So, I suggest if you want to be in a place that isn't judge and jury all rolled up into one --- keep looking. I think it's important to have a sense of humor and at the very least offer your client some 'air time' to explain without being so defensive. It was shocking. I apologized profusely and never received an acknowledgment on any level.
