Otherwise, here's what could have been better: -If you're looking for a truly relaxing spa experience, this is NOT it. It's a hair salon with a massage room. -The massage room isn't sound-proof, and there was very loud salon gossip happening in the hallway outside the room nearly the entire two hours I was in there. One staff member even took a phone call literally right outside the door. -My massage therapist, while nice, was wearing a cardigan that kept brushing up against me during the massage, even after I brought it to her attention. Being tickled up and down my torso is not relaxing. -I do not have sensitive skin, and I have had many facials in my life, but my skin has never reacted so poorly to a facial before. I was broken out for weeks afterward. I realize now that Par Exsalonce is just worth the wait. I won't be making this mistake again.
