I needed a haircut so I came here because this was the closest to me. This was the first haircut since I moved here over a month ago. I came in the morning around 10am and it was pretty busy. I had to wait 20 minutes or so. Be prepared to wait. The person who cut my hair was Tara (I think that's how you spell her name) and she was pretty nice. My hair looked good (at least to me) after she finished. It was quick because my haircut mostly involved the shaver. I should have taken a picture of their pricing menu but there were too many people to take a picture of it discretely. lol So here they are in words: Haircut = $14 Children's (10 years old and younger)/Seniors' haircut = $11 Shampoo = $4 Style - Formal = $45, Long = $25, Regular = $20 Bang, neck, or beard trim = $6 Perm - Long = $80, Regular = $60, Partial = $50 Conditioning Treatment = $10 read more

Don't bother to check in Online, they won't honor it. Go in person, check in in person and find somewhere to go while you wait, because the noise is deafening - very unpleasant waiting area. There is one really good hair-cutter that I have been to here, but she is always busy so you will have to wait, and even if you reserve ahead, they won't give you the person you choose without a wait. Wait if you check in ahead, wait if you check in in person, wait if you want a certain hair-cutter. Wait, wait, wait. read more

Worst haircuts ever.... in fact Great Clips needs to change their name to Worst Clips by Angela. And the manager refused to give a refund. You can't fix stupid. read more

Great Clips - Worst cut at Great Clips, Church Road, Liberty. - Hair Salons Near Me - Kansas City, Missouri

My hair stylist was rude and was not paying attention and looking around when she was cutting my hair. My family and I have been going to this location for years and always have good luck with stylist like Melinda and Paul they are rated 5 star. Unfortunately This was not the case this time It seemed to me Tonia did not want to be working this busy Saturday & made me feel uncomfortable, was not helpful at all when I was presenting coupons. I checked my son and I online and would not even honer a simple $2 coupon there. read more

The staff are great and accommodating. I was able to schedule a visit as I was driving over and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Very quick turnaround. read more

I tried to receive a haircut today, they took his temp with a forehead thermometer inaccurately reading his temp at 100.3f When we got home we used multiple thermometer all coming up around 98.3f. Not very pleased with my service here. I needed haircut bad. read more

As I usually go to a higher priced salon, I was really anxious about getting my hair cut at a place like great clips. BUT, I was very pleasantly surprised. I'm in college and it's been a tight year money wise, so my unruly, long, curly, thick hair hadn't been cut in close to 9 months. I walked in at 5 and got set up with a woman named Lynda after waiting for about 10 minutes. She was very polite and friendly and cut and layered my hair much better than gals I've paid thrice as much for. I will definitely be coming back next time I come home. read more

Having had Great haircuts here before and having a coupon I thought bonus. My haircut is very easy a number 3 on one side and number 2 on the other.. straighten out the edges and we're good. Of course they ask if it looks okay when you're there you can't see everything until you get home and shower off. I get home and find that I have uneven clumps all over my head. This is the first time I used this stylist so maybe it's just her. I will give them another chance but it's very disappointing to realize that I have to go find my clippers and finish up. read more

After three years of being a loyal customer... I no longer will be getting haircuts here. 5 online check ins placed before me while I was sitting there. My ten minute wait quickly became 30 with no end in sight. Ridiculous business practices. read more

I wish I coils give them zero stars, but sadly they won't let me. The haircut I received was the worst experience of my life. My "stylist" (calling her a hair stylist is a strong statement) asked me how I wanted my haircut and went totally against what I asked for. To top off my terrible experience I asked for my beard to be trimmed and when I got to the car noticed she left half of my neck covered, when I went back in to have her finish it she replied with "I figured you would do that when you got home". I'm usually not one to leave reviews but I need people to know to stay away from this place. read more

Over all no complaints, but nothing to write home about. Went for a haircut and got just that, nothing fantastic. Don't shave your neck, just buzz it. Was it a good haircut, well I came out with less hair then I had when I went in. But other then that, nothing that would make me return here again. One thing that bothered me was, they wanted my life history. Name, address, phone number. Was wondering if they were going to ask for my bank number and sign 20 pages of paperwork, before my haircut. I came for a haircut, not to subscribe to your Weekley newsletter, or whatever else. On the plus the lady that cut my hair was extremely kind. But as for my returned business, sorry won't be happening. read more

Rude. Hair stylists didn't want to work to begin with. Only asked to donate hair for locks of love and they no longer accept donations. That's fine. Ask for a certain style of cut and then I'll mail in the donation. Hair stylists claims "she might be able to do that style." I'm not paying for a "might." So I kindly declined all together. Please do not be rude to me if I chose to not have my hair cut by you then. read more

I always take my now 4 year old to great clips to get his hair cut. I usually have a good experience there, as I realize that 4 yr old boys do not always cooperate. The girl that cut his hair Ashley was not super friendly to us (not a biggie) and once he got in the chair and the clippers started to scare him, she kept telling him "your lines are going to be crooked" he said "ouch" a few times and she totally disregarded it. Then at the end of the haircut she said "that's as good as it's going to get with him moving so much" I just told her fine. His haircut did look just fine but, at the end as he was trying to get down off the chair (they swivel) and she did not even hold the chair so he could reach the ground an get down safely, she just let it swing and let him fall on his knee's to the ground. Then she did not even say anything, like "are you ok" or anything. I guess I always just think of people having common decency, even to little people. I might still have his hair cut there again, I just will not have her do it. Some people just should not cut kids hair, read more

Don't go here if you're Latino. I went there today first of all a Great Clips is not my first choice but I was sort of in a pinch and thought I'd try it. I checked in and was told it would be about 20 minutes. I waited in the meantime people came in after me. Everyone before me were seated with a stylist. two stylists that were towards the front were obviously stalling because one of them would have had to call me. The first woman one with a shaved cut cashed out her customer and skipped right over me and called a kid named mark, the second stylist after she was finished went to the back somewhere when she came back the first woman gestured to her like where were you, so I'm thinking ok it should be me next well she called another man that came in after me also. Very unprofessional. I will post and tell everyone I know about this experience and I didn't want to get my haircut in your crappy salon anyway. You should both be ashamed of your behavior. I'm going to complain to manager, owner and anyone else. One star only cause you have to otherwise it would be minus. read more

I usually get a pretty good haircut here. There is sometimes a short wait, but not always. MUCH shorter wait than Sport Clips where the usual wait time is 35 mins to an hour. Yes, an hour. Also I believe its cheaper than Sport Clips which is $17-18. I'll be going back for my next cut. If you have the entire afternoon to sit around and watch ESPN repeats until you want to throw a shampoo bottle through the TV, want to get the shaft when you pay, then go to Sport Clips. read more

Took my daughter in for a haircut, they charged me 34 dollars for a standard haircut after adding in a huge tip without asking, then told me the card was declined (without giving me recipt) and charged my other card the same amount, went in with both bank statements to get a refund and was told to leave and dispute the charges, even though the person who double charged me admitted to doing so, their so desperate for money to keep the store open their willing to steal from people on unemployment, DO not go to this Location go to the one near Price Chopper its not run down like that one. read more
