Kenna was patient and took the time to help her get more comfortable. She was able to pick out her desired car chair and show on tv. They had several subscription services so she was able to select a show that she would enjoy. They also had lots of great toy options to help distract the kiddos. Kenna made sure to ask me before offering things like lollipops or sparkles, which I appreciated. Kenna did an amazing job on my daughter's hair! She has several years of experience with kids cuts (I think she said 7) and clearly loves her job/business. She asked for my thoughts for the cut and then also helped cut her hair certain ways to help decrease knots. At the end of the cut she also offered to braid and add sparkles, which my daughter excited accepted. We drove a long way to get to Laughs and Locks because their reviews were so much better than kids cut places closer to my home. I would gladly take the drive again and highly recommend this locally owned business to anyone in or near the KC area.

So our girl got a little bit sick and went outside to go puke. Well one of your associates talks very rude to the customer I came with. And says don't bring a kid back if she is sick. She told us she has been sick. Well we all get sick. So anyway afterwards my son is getting his hair done with a nice lady, she ask the same rude associate If she would want to do a lighting bolt for my son, she says no I am done for today in a very rude way. Also we can not help what happened. But whatever was going on with your main associate does not need to be done towards the customers if she is having a bad day and attitude she can go on somewhere else with that. Hire better associates with better attitudes and good vibes because that lady sucked. And is rude I would have liked to have done something about it. She just got lucky.
