Neil on all occasions gave me excellent advice, and he kept my appliances alive! Five years ago, we did some remodeling in our kitchen which included all new appliances. Because we preferred black stainless steel, we purchased all Bosch equipment because we felt the quality of their black stainless steel was superior to others on the market. My major concern with our decision was that I didn't think Allmake repaired Bosch. Last week I discovered a piece of rubber sheeting hanging down at the base of my dishwasher. I went online to check Allmake's website and was so happy to see Bosch is now on their list! Zoh came to take care of the issue, and he also helped attach some equipment to a rack we replaced for the dishwasher. This was the first time that Zoh came to my rescue! As always, I continue to highly recommend Allmake for all appliance repairs. They are definitely the BEST!!!

Much appreciated Knew exactly what was wrong with my furnace, (flame sensor). Showed me the part that was bad, asked if I had it replaced recently, (had it cleaned, not replaced a few years earlier). He replaced the part, performed a "tuneup", and was done in about 30 minutes. Very respectful of my time and my home. I will certainly call them to perform some annual maintenance on my AC unit this spring and will now call them every fall to have my furnace checked. Honest, very reasonably priced, technically sound & professional. You will not be disappointed if you call them

He listened to my problem and recommended that I make a few adjustments to the unit and he'd have someone out to me on Monday to check it out rather than spend the big bucks on emergency repairs. Ty and Carl showed up Monday as promised, took one look and figured it out in minutes...no up-sell, no trashing my old boiler, no bull...straight to it. Fixed it fast, bled the system, cleaned it and it never worked better, I am very impressed. I even signed a maintenance deal since I have other units, that's how good these guys are. Prices are fair, they show up on time and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and good repair. Good people....

My husband called Phillips when he discovered that the A/C wasn't working at our rental property (2…read moredays before tenants were supposed to move in, of course). We were told that they were swamped (hottest week of the year...of course), but that they would come over that night after they were done with their calls for the day. Around 9pm my husband still hadn't heard anything so I called to find out if they still were planning to stop by. I wasn't upset I just told the guy that my husband was at the property and didn't want to stay longer if the tech couldn't make it that night. The tech said that he would still come by, but he had 2 other calls left so he didn't know what time. I told him that was fine - we were just verifying that he was still coming. Around midnight we still hadn't heard anything so I called again (no answer) and then my husband paged the tech (they say on their message that a tech will call back in 5 minutes). By 1am we still hadn't heard so my husband came home. The next morning (Saturday, a day that their website says they are open) around 9:30 I called again and left a message (specifically asked for a call back). No one has bothered to call me back. I understand that we were calling at the last minute and they had a full day already. If the tech would have just told me at 9pm that he couldn't make it I wouldn't be leaving this review. Honestly even if we had waited 2 more hours BUT he had called to say he couldn't make it I wouldn't be leaving this review. This company might be great at fixing A/C, but based on my experience I will not call them again or suggest that anyone call them (especially with an emergency). BTW, I ended up calling House of Heat - they were also completely booked but said they would come by at the end of the day which would be 4 to 4:30 at the eariest. I ended up having to wait until 5:30, but the guy was friendly, professional (and even apoligized it had taken him longer than he thought) and fixed the A/C. House of Heat is who I will call in the future and where I recommend you take your business.
