Our driver, Dan from Reston Limousine, was so courteous, caring, and attentive and made our experience truly royal. He's such a gentle soul and tolerated our loud laughs while driving us to and from the winery. Even though it was pouring on the day of our trip, Dan made sure to offer us a large umbrella and assisted us in getting into a van. He drove carefully and gave us a heads-up on sharp turns and hills. The vehicle was spacious enough to accommodate 8 of us, clean, and comfortable. Communication was clear with the pickup time and location set a week in advance. It was such a memorable experience. My friends and I pledged to repeat the trip to the winery hiring Reston Limousine again soon. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to experience a royal service and spend quality time with friends and family. Trust me, you won't regret hiring Reston Limousine.

Ive been riding Reston buses with my university for now four years…read more I can say with confidence that I DO NOT RECOMMEND any Reston buses for any group. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.

I can't believe that I forgot to write a review about Martin's Sedan and Limousine Service…read more A colleague of mine inquired about a coach to shuttle a few of our out of town guest from one location to another. I requested a quote via yelp and decided to go with Martin's Sedan. We placed the deposit and was all set however, Mother Nature had other plans. Winter Storm Stella kind of blew the equation. My manager wanted to know if we could use the deposit for something else in the future--I didn't think that they would but they were nice enough to let us use the deposit since it was because of the weather. We did eventually have another event where we needed to shuttle members--this time from a hotel in Georgetown to the U.S. Capitol. They were easy to communicate with--I even had to change the meeting time and they were flexible. Carlos was our driver--he was very clear on where to meet him and where the pick up points were. The bus was clean and we got to our destinations in a safe and timely manner (especially for the Capitol visit--there was a strict appointment for that visit). Martin's Sedan and Limousine service was very professional and flexible. If you are in search of a shuttle service, I would suggest using this company.

I was told the limo ride comes with ice and bottled water and that the driver would arrive 10 minutes prior to our designated pickup time. The driver was fantastic, arrived early, was very nice and got us to our destination on time. He did the same for the ride home. The hummer h2 itself was not equipped with any glasses, ice or water. The carpet was dirty. They advertised that it seats close to 18 but our group of 12 were squashed. It would have been nice to be given instructions on how to use the tv or music but nothing was written inside. Looking at my receipt I was charged for an 18 passenger but got a 14 passenger. When I got out I asked about the water and the driver said it was inside in the cooler. When we finished up, we went back into the limo and there was nothing. Be sure to check what your getting.
