I had a very disappointing experience with this company…read more I was initially quoted $88 per hour to attempt service of papers. Based on that representation, I scheduled a one-hour service window at a specific time and location. I was explicitly told I could not schedule more than one hour. The investigators arrived several hours earlier than the scheduled time, did not find the individual, and remained on site for three hours despite having information that the individual would not be present after a certain point. I was not contacted to approve additional time. I was later billed for three hours at $125 per hour, despite never agreeing to that rate or to extended time beyond the one hour scheduled. There was no written agreement reflecting this higher rate or the additional hours. I contacted the company to dispute the charges, but the billing was not adjusted. What I expected to be an $88 charge became a $375 bill. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company, particularly if you need clear pricing, written confirmation of rates, or approval before additional charges are incurred.

Horrible! First of all, I was excited when I found they were only 60 dollars! Yet after hiring…read moretheir services, the work was extremely careless. I had to keep reviewing and sending the papers back for him to correct basic mistakes, like the address to the courthouse, attesting they were over 18, etc.; very basic yet very important pieces of information! After, he served the papers, I filed them with the courthouse, and I thought it was completely taken care of. Little did I know, the court did not accept the papers, and stated the process server didn't do or fill out the papers correctly. So, immediately after, I contacted Statewide Process Servers, sent them pictures of the court letter, and asked for a refund. I received a very rude email back stating it was my fault, and I was acting on my own behalf as my own attorney, so they weren't issuing any refund. Then I sent another request, asking if they would simply reserve the other party or correct the papers to satisfy the court. They haven't responded and it's been a while, so that must be a "no "as well. I don't think they do good business or are ethical. It didn't save any money going with Statewide Process Servers, it only wasted it!!!

I decided on Prosigns because they were slightly cheaper than the other places around ( I found out why). I took my car in on Thursday July 30 and told Fernando that I needed it back by Sunday August 2 because I was going to be leaving town for a couple weeks. He told me that they should be able to finish the car by then. Fernando calls on Saturday and tells me that the car won't be finished until Monday. I ask what time on Monday, and the he proceeds to tell me that it actually won't be done probably until Wednesday. So I told him that I'd pick the car up when I got back into town, 3 weeks later. Fernando doesn't communicate with me or send pictures of the car for over a week, then the second week of August, I called several times to check the status of the car. Most calls went to voice mail, he finally picks up and tells me that it still is not done (3 weeks after I dropped it off with him) AND that they broke the back trunk handle of the car. 3 days before I get back in town to pick up the car, he runs my credit card for over $2000 without telling me! (Illegal) I get back the 3rd week of August to pick up the car and it is the absolute worst wrap job I've ever seen. The original paint is bleeding through several places, there are air bubbles, there are several awful patch jobs. He didn't even bother to wrap the trunk trim or the hood trim. Fernando isn't even on location the day I picked up the car (probably because he's so embarrassed on the crap job he did). I I drive home and hear rattling in the engine, I open the hood to find an exact knife lodged under the hood. I paid Prosigns over $4k for this and it is awful! Avoid this place at all costs!

STAY AWAY!!! You will thank me!…read more I hired Brainvire Infotech to help me complete a geolocation tracking application in March of 2020 due to all their "great" reviews but I learned the hard way that these guys are HORRIBLE! Sadly, I had a very bad experience and despite all their 5 star reviews on Clutch, I had the completely opposite experience. In summary, I hired these guys to help complete a geo-location tracking app and here is what happened: 1) Developer Capabilities - I would put this at a 2 out of 10 in terms of developer capabilities. It was such a bad experience working with them because the tasks were simple and I am not a developer so they should just be able to fix things and make them work but their poor developers kept asking me to help them because they were not capable. After wasting so much of my own time trying to help them I gave up because those were all signs that they just were not a capable development team. 2) Missed Milestones/Time Delays - They missed multiple milestones because they were not able to fully complete even the first milestone! And by the time we parted ways, they did not even deliver our first milestone by the time they were supposed to have completed the third milestone! 3) Improper Billing - They billed me before they even did QA and completed milestones. And when I did not pay them they kept pressuring me to pay them saying they were still working. 4) Project Management - Horrible. I kept repeating the same things over and over to the Project Manager and in my opinion he was not really capable of managing this project as I don't think he was even capable of understanding simple things I told him. He kept making me repeat messages to him since he either did not read them or he could not understand the simple messages. When I complained to management that he needed to be replaced and that the developers were not capable and not able to do this work, they never changed anyone. They just told me to talk to the person I complained to and they made no other staff changes. 5) Communication - This was abysmal. I spent so much of time teaching them, training them, talking to them about all the issues that was not my job to do. I hired them to fix issues so they didn't need to keep wasting my time asking me if it worked or how it worked...what I had them do was fix issues so they should have just fixed them and not wasted hours of my time daily with nonsense questions! I also did so much QA work as their QA people were not able to figure anything out and kept sayings things worked when they never did! Development Issues They Could Not Fix 1) Importing/Updating phone contacts - They could only get this partially working and never were able to figure out how to fix this fully on all different phones and operating systems. 2) Notifications - They were never able to fix notifications of users arrival or departure. Then they kept lying to me telling me it worked when I kept showing them proof it didn't work repeatedly. 3) Tracking - The core of the app they could not fully fix and they were not even capable of reading the documentation of a third party plugin...these guys did not read the documentation and kept expecting me, a non-developer to teach them. Horrible. 4) Chat issues - so many issues here that they could not fix. When I told the company, I wanted another company to take over, they were super slow in getting me the codebase and kept asking me if they could keep trying over and over and over again. They would not let go. I cannot even tell you how much of my own time I wasted because they did not have the intelligence to do this work and their QA was not capable so they always said stuff was working when it was all broken. You have no idea how many videos I had to show them as proof that things they said worked, actually did not! And then when they finally agreed to part ways, they demanded money from me despite never even finishing one full sprint. And then when I told them how bad of an experience I had and how nothing worked, the main guy started lying to me saying that all the things I said were broken, were actually working. Total lie that was and I showed them proof time and time again yet they said they didn't believe me. At that point, I knew this COMPANY COULD NOT BE TRUSTED. They will come off to you that they are the best thing since sliced bread, but trust me they sucked. In my opinion, I would recommend anyone to STAY AWAY FROM THEM because they lied to me over and over again and they could not even figure out how to make an app import contacts properly which is so basic in most apps. If they cannot do that and other basic things how can they do anything else?? Tip: If you are crazy enough to decide to use them make sure you have an "out clause" in your contract that they must let you out if they fail to deliver. I am guessing you will need that!

This year--our third year using their services--we were charged nearly double what we paid the previous year. They did issue a partial refund of around $100, but the situation still raised concerns. Additionally, we were assigned a new tax preparer this year, which made the significant increase in cost even more surprising. Overall, the experience left us feeling uncertain about the consistency and transparency of their pricing and service.
