This is a terrible company and the fees they continuously charge for doing nothing for our firm are astronomical! Run away and run away fast

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT!!!!!…read more Very similar to Melissa, Tim, and Kathy's experience..... Ok, so I didn't feel as though they were dishonest as much as had absolutely no thought or intention to following through with actual quality of service in their business. I am a kinesiologist that works as a 1099 employee supporting other health practitioners. I entered into a contract agreement with Banyan in order to boost my clientele in an independent office I was working in. Upon the 2nd phone meeting during the first month, two things occurred: A) The independent office I was working with closed and I moved into a position working within another office that precluded me from advertising my own personal business as this would be a conflict of interest. B) When I spoke with my 'online coach', Emily, I explained that the activities she needed me to do to make their system work (taking pictures of my clients several times per week while trying to treat and coach them at the same time) would not work within my work flow and resources....I do not have a receptionist or my own brick and mortar building. She bluntly explained 'You'll just have to figure it out. That's the way it works.' with no further questioning or explanation. BTW, a solution may have been available for this had she been willing to work with me and not just demand I followed these instructions at the detriment of my own services. This level of service rendered Banyan's marketing services completely ineffectual for me. I sent an email (still during the first month) explaining these two things and stating that I would, accordingly, not be utilizing their services any longer. I had paid for the month that I used and ceased payment for the rest of the year. While I do understand that I was under a contract, that is with the understanding that they are offering the quality of service originally sold....which of course, they were not. I felt like I bought a used car that broke down 2 weeks after I got it off the lot. Ask yourself, if the coaching and online service are good enough for people to keep using it, why do they need a contract for a year? Shouldn't you pay willingly without the contract to keep utilizing these services if they are valuable to your business? If they spent as much time and money on their service as they do on enforcing their 'contracts', maybe the service would be effective and valuable and these reviews would be positive.

I would not recommend this company for social media marketing!! Do not sign any contracts! They…read morewill not fulfill all the promises they make in the sales presentation. The turnover there is high and their team is not properly trained. It seemed as thought the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. They told you what you wanted to hear with minimal follow through. The don't respond quickly to call or emails ( 48 hours) and also they miss training calls. Our experience was very similar to Melissa C. in previous review. They trick you into signing longer contracts when making a changes to existing ones. THIS WOULD BE A POOR CHOICE FOR ANY BUSINESS ESPECIALLY FOR A DENTAL OFFICE

Dynamic Blending - Cosmetic contract manufacturing

Terrible experience. 17 months into the process, $75,000 spent and no product. Mostly ignored -…read moresometimes passed over to other people who can continue the train of ignorance. Literally the worst, my biggest regret in business is ever having reach out to Dynamic.

Similar to Ben's review below we had a terrible experience with dynamic Blending. Dynamic Blending…read more100% misrepresented timelines and what they offer during the sales process. I purchased an R&D contract for my haircare business for them to perfect, large batch and then manufacture a formula that was already selling as we were small batching. I was very clear that we had a major PR push pending at the end of the deadline with some wiggle room as things do have hiccups and can take a bit longer. Dynamic stated they would seamlessly work with perfumers they "staffed" and also had relationships with, they also stated that they could quickly help with bottle sourcing during R&D if needed, they said they had design and distribution sales teams. This one stop shop was the catalyst for me signing their contract and starting with them. The process of R&D for our hair oil was not supposed to go past 14 weeks, 16 weeks at the most. Then the agreement was once the formulation was finalized stability testing would occur. which was a part of the invoice. Stability testing was to take one month and was an additional charge - and it was agreed that I would start manufacture during stability testing to ensure our PR launch/ influencer campaigns, and grant deadlines, retailer pre orders were met. 18 weeks in the team was dragging their feet and I demanded a call with their owner Gavin Collier after I tried to get a full grasp of the timeline to completion with manufacturing and was told a number of weeks that was more than double in the sales process. 24 weeks to manufacture post R&D, and that was definitely not the number given during sales. He assured me it would be much faster than that now that he was in the project, that he would now be in the project and I let him know of not only communication deficiencies, documentation deficiencies and that after 2 months of requesting bottle pricing that I did not yet have it and he assured me they would get it to me as I wanted to have a faster supplier than the one we were using in China. After speaking with him nothing improved. Instead we ended up going to legal because as the final straw after not providing bottle pricing per a request for 2 months they " highly" referred us to a perfumer and then 3 weeks later stated they could not work with them directly and that we would need to be the go between for everything. It was the final excuse in a long line of excuses with a strange email from the owner stating they were being price gouged by perfumers due to covid, but assuring me that if we did it this way they would make sure we would still have great rates. This email came after them being a bit slimey and trying to nudge us to another perfumer in email after we had all engagement calls and had already made it clear that we engaged the perfumer they highly referred. At that point I engaged my legal team and told them to stop work. They rushed to send an unfinished sample to claim completion of the project when indeed it was not complete. 5600 in legal fees later, delayed sales, delayed PR and influencer and 2 months of communications later they are trying to charge storage fees for my bottles to return our stock they were holding to manufacture our oil to us and also refusing a full refund. This was a wholely mismanaged project, nothing but misrepresentation in the sales process, terrible lags in communication, excuses about servers being down, my account executive was always out of office. A-lot of lost money.
