Our company has used Solution Services since 2013. Recently, when we sent in the payroll information to Solution Services, an error was made with two employees who have the same last name. We incorrectly reversed the commissions to two sales people in two separate states. On the morning of the date of the payroll (Friday no less), the employee in Colorado informed his supervisor that he had been underpaid. We contacted Solution Services Friday morning to fix our mistake and not only did Solution Services fix our error, our valuable salesperson in Colorado received his correct pay the same day.
Our mistake, but Solution Services solved our problem the same day! This is only one example of the many times they have gone above and beyond to support us. We are very pleased with our long term working relationship with them. read more
