Cool spot with quick service!…read more I had come in with dip nails (from another salon) that had cracked within two weeks. My manicurist made sure I felt happy with the thickness and quality of nails throughout the process. I even asked last minute to add additional gel sparkled nail polish on top and he was happy to do so. I didn't get his name but he was incredibly friendly and soft spoken. Dare I say, handsome? Clean, quiet, surprisingly large space. Will definitely be back again! Gel Dip + Gel polish on 2 nails came out to $47

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this salon. As someone new to Plainfield, this was…read moremy very first time trying a nail salon here, and it left a terrible first impression. I came in requesting something very simple -- acrylic removal and a basic polish. A kind female employee initially greeted me and directed me to seat 6. Before she could begin, a male technician abruptly stepped in, spoke in a rude tone, and insisted he would take over. The energy immediately shifted. From that point forward, I felt rushed and uncomfortable the entire time. While I was choosing a color, he complained out loud and acted visibly annoyed -- especially when I requested a light grey shade. I was made to feel like selecting a simple color was somehow an inconvenience. The service itself felt careless and incomplete. My nails were not properly filed, no finishing/top coat was applied, and I was told to use a dryer that did not even appear to be functioning. There was no attention to detail, no patience, and no professionalism. Getting your nails done should feel relaxing and enjoyable -- especially as a first-time customer. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. I have never felt so rushed or uncomfortable during such a basic service. This experience was unwelcoming and unprofessional, and I sincerely hope management takes this seriously. No client should feel like a burden for asking for the service they are paying for.

Initial welcoming was…read morenot warm overall customer service was lacking, multitasking during service, no indication of disinfection or sanitation between clients. Based on my experience I feel that there are better places in the Indianapolis area worth your money. The eyebrow threading in general was the worst that I have had in a while, waiting for them to grow back after a butchering of my eyebrows.

I will NEVER. And I repeat. NEVER. Go here again…read more I have gotten my brows done for over 15 years now, and on Thursday, I decided to come here (for the third time) because they're 5 min from my house. They've always been extremely rough with my face... So after the first time of getting my eyebrows threaded here... I asked to do waxing. (Because I had recently gotten my eyebrows waxed, for the first time, and they were super gentle! So I assumed it was a universal thing... to be gentle). But BOY was I wrong. The second time I was here, the lady had successfully talked me out of getting my eyebrows waxed, because she assured me that she would be extra gentle to my face. She did a decent job. I would go see her again, maybe. But THIS time, however, when I came in, the lady (in all grey) asked what service I would like, and when I said I would like my eyebrows waxed, she didn't say another word to me after motioning towards her chair... And the next thing I know... She completely TORE OFF the skin under my eyebrows. She was running her mouth the whole time, putting hot wax on my face and ripping it off without any noticeable care... It hurt so bad. But I didn't realize she was tearing off my skin until she put the alcohol on my face and it BURNEDDD!! It burned so bad tears swelled up in my eyes. But since I asked for waxing, I just assumed that maybe this was on me. Then she took to threading, because apparently she didn't wax my brows right all the way correctly, so she started threading my brows, and told me that she needed to fix a few areas... so what was I to do? Tell her no? So I had to sit there while she ALSO threaded me. Lmfao 10/10 worst experience ever! It wasn't till I woke up the next day... That I saw there were red gashes above my eyelids, (under my eyebrows,) where the bruises were healing, where she completely tore off my skin. And they hurt!!! Like touching them hurt!! (I'm talking at least 19hrs later!) I took pictures of them. So if anyone would like them. I can put my email (ahsbrent@gmail.com) and you can reach out to me. But I'm way too embarrassed to put them on this page publicly, because she really tore me up. Lastly they charge you extra to use card instead of cash and I think it's an easy way to intentionally upcharge EVERYONE who comes in... Because like, who brings cash? So 10/10 I would NEVER go here. (And since that's a double negative.) I would 0/10 go here. So if they muff you up, that's on you.
