    I purchased a vehicle from them, and the very next day it was delivered to me with a dent in the…read moredoor that was NOT there when I agreed to buy it. Since March 25th, I have been constantly reaching out just to get this issue corrected. I was given multiple promises by staff--including sales rep Milton, finance, and sales managers Evan and Chris Jackson--that were simply not followed through. Because of their lack of communication and accountability, I've had to miss three days of work dealing with this situation. I've had to screenshot messages and send them back to the dealership because no one there seems to communicate with each other. I even began recording phone calls just to keep track of what was promised, because those promises were not being honored. I was told my vehicle would be returned to me today--and it still has not been returned, nor has anyone contacted me with an update. I had to call Chris Jackson myself, and instead of professionalism or empathy, I was met with rudeness and was even threatened with having the phone hung up on me. While I was understandably upset after weeks of this, I did not use profanity--I simply expressed frustration over the situation and lack of service. To make matters worse, while my vehicle (a Chevy Traverse, a full-size SUV) was taken, I was told I'd be provided something comparable. Instead, I was given a small Hyundai Elantra, which is nowhere near equivalent for my needs. On top of everything, I was also forced to pay $110 out of pocket for a new license plate because the dealership processed my paperwork incorrectly, despite me clearly stating I had specialty tags and wanted it handled properly. At no point has Hyundai of Columbia shown empathy, offered compensation for missed work, or taken accountability for the inconvenience and additional expenses I've incurred. This has been an exhausting and frustrating experience, and I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice. If anyone has recommendations on how to escalate this further, I'm open to suggestions.
