We've been banking with Heritage since fall of 2020 when we moved back home here. They were recommended to us by family who have also had a good experience banking with them. I've had NO problems with them and they've been very helpful anytime I needed anything or had questions. Debthy Brown in particular is someone we've talked to often when we came in and she's great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Granted, we're UBER careful with our spending and we've never even accidently had an overdraft or anything so I can't speak to how that's handled. I just couldn't see such a crappy rating on here for them and not say anything because it's kind of shocking to me.

I have had to call them to get onto online banking so many times for other reasons too. First Farmers' ATMs rarely take checks you want to deposit so then you have to go into the bank and the in bank customer service is horrible too, especially the one in Spring Hill, TN. When I have an extra 3 hours I will switch banks - actually I am going to go to a credit union. I should have done that when I moved here but I didn't know of any in Spring Hill. I would not recommend them on any level.

After 16 attempts to call this location, I eventually ended up talking to Brittany at the Fairview location who was of zero help whatsoever, probably because she didn't know anything at all (training issue?), and who had the personality of a wet towel. How is this organization expanding when they have incompetence plaguing their corporate ethos? Upper management needs to read these reviews.
