She didn't know what a flight was, and I had to explain it to her, even though it was mentioned in their bar menu. The restaurant/bar should provide proper training before hiring people. Our food order-taking was done by 8 pm. We waited for our food to arrive, only to get another surprise: the server forgot to write the table number with the food orders. So, she had to take everyone's order again at 8:05 pm. One of the ladies with us ordered a burrata salad, and it took 40 minutes to arrive because the server accidentally gave it to another party.
