Then make completing the process impossible. The Contact Center is designed to prevent human contact. Emma chatbot loops endlessly. Phone system redirects until you hang up. No email support exists. When applicants face issues with their own cases, USCIS hides behind Privacy Act excuses to avoid helping. They blame applicants for systemic failures they created. It is extremely frustrating to already be getting the runaround and then be treated like you are the problem for trying to explain yourself. I cancelled all my credit cards that day except my driver's license, which requires a personal office visit. After 2 days, a friend of mine called me informing me that somebody found my MTA wallet. I picked up my wallet at Tuskegee Airmen Bus Depot (MTA NYC Transit office) on 1552 Lexington and 100th St, E Harlem, NYC. The driver's name is JOHN NEGRON, who told me that he found it in bus 101 or 102? Everything was intact. I was very thankful that John and his wife spent the time finding a way to contact a friend, whose Costco card was included in the wallet after I borrowed it from him and forgot to return on time. I sent them a message that I am indeed very grateful for John's honesty and kindness, virtues that you'll find mostly in God-fearing people. His family is proud to have a dignified man in the house. The only issue is the long waits, due to the high volume of customers she has. There's a reason why she's always very busy because she's reliable.
