This was not a casual rental -- it was for a life‑or‑death emergency involving my mother -- so I went anyway. When I arrived, I waited until 1:06 PM while the staff insisted my credit card wasn't authorizing. My bank confirmed the charge, and I even showed proof that the transaction had already posted, but they still refused to process it correctly. No urgency, no accountability, no effort to resolve anything. I called the contact center for help and was transferred multiple times with zero assistance. The entire situation was a complete waste of time and added unnecessary stress during a critical emergency. This location failed to honor a confirmed reservation, mishandled payment, and showed horrible customer service throughout. I would not recommend this location to anyone who needs reliability or professionalism. THEY DESERVE NO STARS BUT YELP REQUIRES ONE TO SUBMIT THE REVIEW

With everything…read moreclosed that day, the process picked up smoothly the following day between my insurance company and Enterprise. I was able to get a rental quickly, and the initial experience was very smooth. The staff was friendly to everyone in line ahead of me, and myself as well, thorough, and took time to answer questions. When my rental period was nearing its end, I was able to call and request an extension without any issues. Things began to go downhill when I later spoke with Thomas about possibly downsizing my vehicle since I would be in the rental longer than expected. He said there were no smaller vehicles available on site at the time but that he could have one ready the following day. I understood and planned to follow up. During the same interaction, I asked about my balance. I was told I did not have one, which didn't sound right, so I asked him to check again. He repeated that I had no balance and said my payments would begin the following day, even giving me the amount. Since this was an insurance claim, I assumed payments may have already been made and went along with what I was told. The next day, I checked my account and saw charges. While the charges themselves were expected, it was frustrating after being told everything was clear. When I called back, it was explained to me, which was fine -- I just wish my reservation details had been reviewed more carefully from the start. Due to my schedule, I wasn't able to come in the next day. During that call, he stated, "I had one on hold for you yesterday, but you didn't come." I acknowledged that and explained I was unable to make it in, but his tone felt rude and dismissive, so I requested to speak with someone else. The next representative I spoke with was pleasant and helpful, but the earlier customer service left a lasting impression. Thankfully, I did not have to return to this location (despite previously being told I would) and had a very positive experience returning the vehicle at a different location. Not everyone rents a car for a vacation or road trip. Some people are dealing with difficult circumstances, and rude or careless customer service only adds unnecessary stress. Customer service doesn't end just because you're not face to face with your customer, it should continue in any context of communication. Because of this experience, I would not return to or recommend this location.

Had the service by Thomas , Joe, and Ricky at pickup and drop off. They all really make you feel…read morelike they got your back, and did. Joe wasnt letting the insurance play me over with a standard and thry gave me my upgrade. Thry checked in through a message portal and that was very convenient. Played with my daughter . I even saw how they made others feel real good and comfortable their insurance issues. Ill drive 30min out again to get some assistance if i need to. Hopefully not though. Only thing i would suggest for enterprise, get a tap to pay. That is all. Happy Holidays

When I did get my rental car it only had 1/2 tank of gas!! What BS. I not only lost time by waiting on the car at the rental location but I had to spend time to go to a gas station to fill up the gas tank. What a pain.... And, by the way, do you know they charge a $300 deposit onto your credit car when you rent the car. Gee, I wish I was told upfront about that. And when I returned the car I did not immediately get my deposit back. After 3 days I still did not get my deposit back. I had to go back to the location and complain about this........then miraculously I got my deposit back on the 4th day after I returned the car. That's BS too. There are much better rental car businesses out there. Don't go to Enterprise.

I was impressed it's better than the car wash I normally go to. I would recommend this Car Wash. I noticed my vehicle going slowly through the Car Wash. I guess that's just to wash every bit of my SUV, AIso, I noticed that my side view mirror was bended but I popped into place. There were lots of places to vacuum your vehicle but they were all taken. To some things up, this is not the cheapest Car Wash out there but, it will get your car cleaned. Your ride will look new again!

I asked the gentlemen (Randy) to make a incident report whom ignore my request. I've never intercounter this type unprofessionism while a customer has been injured due the lack on their part. I have reached out to corporate via email & customer service. Nothing as has been solved or even any concerns. I would not stay away this is the type customer service shouldn't be tolerated. The lack of empathy or compassion for human safety is at its lowest. He didn't even ask if I was ok.

I booked a reservation online with a 4:30 pick-up appointment, fairly simple process. However, I later needed to change the time for the pick-up to 11:30. I was unable to edit the appointment online, so I called the location directly (this is what the website instructed I do). The first time I called, I was put through to an automated voice service stating I should call back during business hours, even though I was currently calling during business hours - I even double checked because I thought maybe I was wrong! I called back the following day and got through to a young man. I told him I had booked a rental on their website, but I needed to change the time of the pick-up. I gave him the time and location, which he confirmed they are familiar with. Later that evening, I received a confirmation email which showed a pick-up of 4:30 - the original, incorrect pick-up time. I called back on the next business day (the day prior to my appointment) to confirm the time had been changed since the email showed the wrong time. I was told the change had not been made, but that it would be fixed. The man I spoke with this time advised they are unable to make such changes in the computer, but he would make sure it was changed and that there would be a pick-up made available at 11:30. Fast forward to the time of my appointment, no pick-up. After 10 minutes (I understand traffic happens) I called the location and spoke with a lady, I believe her name is Kelsey. I told her I had an 11:30 pick-up appointment and wanted to check that someone was on their way. She advised she did not currently have a pick-up scheduled, and the only reservation she had under my name was for 4:30. I explained to her I had made multiple attempts to change the pick-up time and spoke with two individuals over the phone and was told by both the pick-up time would be adjusted. She said she would have someone sent out to me as soon as possible. I asked what the eta would be and she advised a driver was returning from another location and would be back to the store in about 15 minutes. My pick-up location was 13 minutes (per Google Maps) from their store, so my pick-up time would be roughly 45 minutes after my requested time. She asked what size vehicle I wanted and I told her I didn't remember if I selected small or midsize, but whatever was listed on the reservation. She said at this time she only had a large vehicle available and asked if that would be ok. I asked if I would have to pay the higher rate for the larger vehicle and she said yes because that's all she has and she did not plan on having a smaller vehicle ready until 4:30. I said ok, fine. I then hung up and called another local rental company and asked if they had availability for a pick-up and rental. The man I spoke with asked if I needed a pick-up right then, and I said if you have someone available, yes. He said no problem, I'll find someone. I called and cancelled the reservation with Hertz. The second rental company arrived within 5 minutes of my call.

When we went to pick up the car they gave us a pickup even though the insurance was for a sedan. They didn't have one at the time. Nothing was mentioned about an out of pocket fee. We had a hard time parking the bigger vehicle so we went back later and asked to swap it out if they had a smaller one in stock and they did. Now they charged us for the difference on the bigger vehicle vs the sedan trying to say we knew about the extra cost and that's not true we would not have taken it we would have gone somewhere else. They will not work with us because they put notes in the system that is not true.

The rental had only one team member working, and she was busy with othwr customers. However I greatly appreciated being acknowledged. Once she had opportunity while still in the midst of assisting a customer. The rep greeted me and shared she be with me in a moment. I had about a 10-15 minutes of wait time, before she could begin my rental agreement. It was very hot this day (105°) so before walking out to reviewe the vehicle, she informed me of what is considered as damages. As well as confirming current marks were documented. If I noticed anything additional callout and it will be added. She was very helpful, pleasant and excellent service.
