Is it not customary for employees to greet customers when they enter? I've been to this location AT LEAST FIVE TIMES. Wanna guess how many times I've been greeted? Never. And I say that confidently because it pisses me off and sets the tone for the rest of my experience. They're rude here. They're not knowledgeable about the longstanding James Avery brand AND WHAT IT STANDS FOR. The reason why everyone I adore knows I will only wear James Avery charms. They are NOT helpful. This time? I stood in front of the counter after walking the store looking for what I came in for, finding it by myself, and needing to purchase. Do you know the two ladies behind the counter ignored me, finally looked up at me and didn't say a word?! I had to say "Can I get some help?!" The small Latin girl with glasses who always seems to be here immediately said she couldn't. Literally said I'm busy. Y'all. This little girl literally said she was too busy to help me. Then Ines or Astrid or some unique name of an un-put-together young girl looked me up and down and said yea give me a moment. And SLOW WALKED around the corner and stood in front of me like "what do you want?" Seriously? I asked her name, she told me. I asked how to spell it because I knew I wasn't pronouncing it correctly, she ignored me. I swear I am about done with f*****g James Avery. Yall clearly do not care enough to uphold the brand and service that sold me 15 years ago. Yes. I have been giving this company my money, for what? Yall do not appreciate me or my business. Guess I'll be going to pandora. So much for supporting Texas.

I quickly chose the charm I wanted and paid to have a name engraved on the back. When they gave me the receipt, the employee told me I would receive it by email--but they never even asked for my email or phone number. It turns out they had entered it under another customer's information. The manager left in the middle of this as well, without giving us any sort of update and was very rude throughout this whole experience. They handled the situation in an unfriendly way, as if it were my fault, and even wanted me to pay for the merchandise again without providing a receipt showing that the first transaction had been canceled. I will not be returning here.
