I'd expect this long of a wait on a larger project or something more difficult than a Times new romans four letter word .... I also had to contact them TWICE before I ever got a response from someone for an update. In a world where there are many options for embroidery and other places can do it cheaper and quicker, this company needs to step it up. 3 stars for turn around time, communication, and friendliness.
