I'm glad we did because I really liked this theater! We found parking right away in the parking structure adjacent to the theater, which was a great start. Upon entering, there were self service ticket kiosks to the left, making the process quick and easy. No lines, no waiting! Unfortunately, the young lady checking tickets at the entrance didn't seem too happy to be there. She had a very stoic expression and wasn't particularly welcoming. Not the best first impression, but we continued on. We ordered our food at the kiosk and headed downstairs, where we decided to sit at the bar while our food was being prepared. The bartender was really cool! We enjoy mezcal, so he recommended one of their specialty cocktails made with mezcal, and it was really good! Definitely a nice touch to the moviegoing experience. When I went to pick up our food, I noticed our order was already sitting on the countertop behind the concession stand. I stood to the side while the young lady assisted another guest. Once she finished, another customer who had arrived after me approached the counter, and instead of acknowledging me, she immediately asked to help that person. I politely said, "Excuse me, is that my order ready?" She wasn't particularly friendly or apologetic. She simply asked for my order number and handed me the food. A little acknowledgment would have gone a long way, especially since I had been standing there waiting. Despite those two customer service experiences, I chose not to let them ruin our visit. The theater itself was very clean, spacious, and had a really nice ambiance. The food was good, the drinks were great, and the bartender provided the kind of friendly service that makes you want to return. Overall, I really enjoyed AMC Burbank 16 and would absolutely come back! The atmosphere, food, drinks, and convenience of parking made it worth the trip from Montebello. A little improvement in customer service from some of the staff would make the experience even better!

The stadium was Dolby, which was my fav especially to see Spider-man. Good movie and huge stadium. The only con I did have was that the escalator was down. It was so many stars to take. There's a convenient parking garage located right beside the theatre and you can easily walk in and have your tickets scanned before going downstairs into the theatre. There's a concessions area with plenty of staff and even though the vibes here felt more chill and calm, it wasn't like the theatre was dead. The staff here were very friendly and personable. I appreciated their great customer service as my friend group and I were very excited to watch Spiderman. The movie screen and the chairs were great quality. Everything about this spot was perfect and everything ran smoothly. We loved our experience here!!! We had Theater 1 and the recliner seats were comfortable and even though we sat all the way on the sides, we had a very good view of the large screen and felt immersed. The popcorn was surprisingly cold upon eating and tasted alright, but overall nothing too unpleasant it was probably just not a fresh batch. I also love that there's also a bar here with movie-themed drinks so you have good options here!!! I wish there was more cardboard stands/photo ops for the movies because there was only one so something to note. I do know this theatre is on the smaller side so it makes sense. I hope both sides of the escalators also can be fixed because it didn't look too good walking in and needing to walk down the stairs because only one of the escalators was functional and moving up. So I just think maybe more maintenance and upgrade into those things could be a big help.

We went to watch "Backrooms" a creepy movie about a dimension with endless luminal spaces. The theaters halls matched the movies vibe perfectly! After we finished the movie and walked out, It felt like we had stepped into the horror movie itself, large empty, completely silent theater that's something creepy you notice about this theater how completely silent it is other places play, soft music, especially in the bathrooms. This location is dead silent. You could hear a rat breathing.

COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty decent, but I was warned by a friend of mine to park on the street and then walk on over because getting out of the parking lot can be a pain. I did check out the parking lot even though I parked on the street and walked on over, and it is massive and the spots look spacious. I was there during a private event, and all the spots were taken by the time I got there, and I also got there early. So many visitors had to park on the street anyways. Always read the signs when parking on the streets. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The main theater has a digital console and superb acoustics. I recently saw Avatar: Fire and Ash in 3D here. It was an invite only / private screening with a Q&A event. So fricken cool! Dope viewing experience! Heads up, the women's bathroom is on the left right when you enter the building. Men's bathroom is on the right. My biggest gripe about this theater is why would you only put 3 stalls in the women's bathroom?!? The line before and after the film was hella long. Disney, please fix this issue. Even the men's restroom line was very long before and after the movie. The film was 3 hours and 17 minutes long, so everyone was scrambling for the bathroom after the film had ended. Please do better, Disney. Staff: The staff here are very nice, welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Security here is pretty good. It's a 1923 built building which makes it cooler. It only shows one movie because there's only 1 screen. The staff was great and they seemed happy to be there. I ordered popcorn and a Coke Zero, great tasting popcorn. Reasonable pricing on the snacks. The inside is so cool and vintage as you can imagine. Try it out it's a cool experience.

I had to see Christopher Nolan's "The Odyssey" at this theater in Los Feliz. You could pay at the box office or order your tickets on the website. I bought my ticket online and just had my QR code scanned at the theater entrance by an employee with an iPad. Walked into the lobby and joined the line for the concessions stand. There is popcorn, candy, soft drinks and also adult beverages: beer and wine. After getting my popcorn I walked into the huge theater and it was amazing. Egyptian style architecture, a huge closed red curtain that hides the screen and the seats a comfortable with ample leg room. The same employee that scanned my online ticket came to the front of the movie screen and greeted us with a warm hello, introduced the film, told us proper movie etiquette (no filming or taking pictures of the movie and to please take your trash out with you when you leave the theater) and let us know there was 15 minutes of previews including a Bugs Bunny cartoon. So cool! Will definitely come back to watch more movies here!
