I've been to AMC Burbank several times now to watch movies, flexing my AMC A+…read more Every time I've gone but one, the escalator has been broken which is always a tragedy! Why has it been broken so much over the past few years, so bizarre. However, it forces me into walking up the steps to the theatre which is never a bad thing for me. At the bottom of the stairs/escalators/way up is an iconic Batman statue that always makes me smile. Actually with 3 AMCs (this is my fav one) around this area making booking movies confusing as heck, you can keep in mind if you see Batman, you are indeed at AMC Burbank 16. I just went this week again for the longest showing ever (the Elon documentary Musk, with an intermission and Q&A after) clocking in at 5 hours and 35 minutes I was sitting in their non-reclining movie seat. All their seats should be reclining if subjecting me to that long in non-movement position! How dare they! ~~~all of that was mostly sarcastic jest, of course, because I subjected myself willingly but really, reclining seats in the theater would be nice. Staff here has always been pleasant. Parking is free in the garage. A lot of food options outside the theater. Overall a pretty good theater that I enjoy going to so I'm sure I'll be here many more times in the future.

My first time watching a movie at this branch. I came for opening showings for Spiderman and I was…read morevery shocked at how chill this branch felt like!!! There's a convenient parking garage located right beside the theatre and you can easily walk in and have your tickets scanned before going downstairs into the theatre. There's a concessions area with plenty of staff and even though the vibes here felt more chill and calm, it wasn't like the theatre was dead. The staff here were very friendly and personable. I appreciated their great customer service as my friend group and I were very excited to watch Spiderman. The movie screen and the chairs were great quality. Everything about this spot was perfect and everything ran smoothly. We loved our experience here!!! We had Theater 1 and the recliner seats were comfortable and even though we sat all the way on the sides, we had a very good view of the large screen and felt immersed. The popcorn was surprisingly cold upon eating and tasted alright, but overall nothing too unpleasant it was probably just not a fresh batch. I also love that there's also a bar here with movie-themed drinks so you have good options here!!! I wish there was more cardboard stands/photo ops for the movies because there was only one so something to note. I do know this theatre is on the smaller side so it makes sense. I hope both sides of the escalators also can be fixed because it didn't look too good walking in and needing to walk down the stairs because only one of the escalators was functional and moving up. So I just think maybe more maintenance and upgrade into those things could be a big help.

October 2026 Saturday morning…read more Easy to find parking lot (nice big spaces), hard to find front door. Tip: if you're facing the long line of framed movie posters, walk to your left, door faces the 5 fwy. Inside was pristine - wonderful reclining seating, clean restroom. Truly the best movie seating I've ever experienced. Note: this was the first showing of the day. Sound was way too loud, so unpleasant I had to stuff my ears with tissue. Seriously. Horrible concession pricing - $8 for a bottle of water. Tip: no one checked bags, make of that what you will. Overall good; perhaps current movie sound is just too much for me. It's ridiculous.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask…read more All visitors are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. There are no hand sanitizers available for visitors to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between visitors. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty decent, but I was warned by a friend of mine to park on the street and then walk on over because getting out of the parking lot can be a pain. I did check out the parking lot even though I parked on the street and walked on over, and it is massive and the spots look spacious. I was there during a private event, and all the spots were taken by the time I got there, and I also got there early. So many visitors had to park on the street anyways. Always read the signs when parking on the streets. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The main theater has a digital console and superb acoustics. I recently saw Avatar: Fire and Ash in 3D here. It was an invite only / private screening with a Q&A event. So fricken cool! Dope viewing experience! Heads up, the women's bathroom is on the left right when you enter the building. Men's bathroom is on the right. My biggest gripe about this theater is why would you only put 3 stalls in the women's bathroom?!? The line before and after the film was hella long. Disney, please fix this issue. Even the men's restroom line was very long before and after the movie. The film was 3 hours and 17 minutes long, so everyone was scrambling for the bathroom after the film had ended. Please do better, Disney. Staff: The staff here are very nice, welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Security here is pretty good. Overall experience: I would LOVE to come back again for a private screening and Q&A. Ben, if you are reading this, THANK YOU SO FRICKEN MUCH! You are THE best! When you are feeling much better, I will give you a massive hug.

It's a very cool private screening room and I could just imagine all the magic that has graced the screen. We were treated to complimentary bottled water and and yummy "Disney" popcorn. If you know you know! It's a relatively small room and had comfortable seats and heavy curtain. Hope I get invited again someday soon!
