She also followed up with me the day after each service to make sure I was happy and to find out if I had questions. And the results? Outstanding! Easily the WORST lash experience I have ever had. I very frequently get my lashes done and have…read morenever had an experience like this. The salon I usually go to was booked up, so I figured why not try somewhere new? Big mistake. The lash tech took forever (I was in the chair for 4 hours) and she glued my eyes shut not once but actually twice! After she finally finished the lashes looked terrible, absolutely not what I asked for and way too short. My natural lashes look longer with mascara than this "set" she put on. Clumps of glue everywhere and sparse lashes left all over my face. She asked me 4-5 times "you like it right?!" to which I responded with an unenthusiastic "yeah" because I was so mad I couldn't even talk about it and because I was beyond late after being stuck there way longer than anticipated. On top of all this dissatisfaction, she uncharged me an extra $40 at the end and asked for a second tip. I'm beyond upset and immediately made an appointment for my regular spa to clean up this horrible mess. I sincerely hope she can fix it.
