I wish I'd never worked with them…read more I bought a chevy silverado from this awful place in july 2023. firstly,they took over a week to get back to me, then they sent me 4 contracts, each one I had to send back due to them sneaking prices into the final price. they tried to get me to take a 16% interest rate (I have good credit) they clearly were utilizing a buy rate for the loan and taking a cut. then they tried to add in product I had told them multiple times that I DID NOT want, and assumed Id not pay attention when signing. they altered the price they quoted me on for another one, and so on, scum. then my truck got delivered.. YAY, except no, they sent it to the wrong address in the wrong state, and I had to pay to get it shipped to right address, then, YAY, it got here, without a spare tire, owners manual, or spare key, fluids not filled. I should have been smarter and assumed if they lied to me once, they would do it again, but here iam hoping this will allow you to be smarter and dont trust these people.

The oil was the ONLY fluid full & new.. meaning they purposely drained it out of the antifreeze so it wouldn't over heat before driving off the lot & put it back in. We live in Akron ... by the time she got home It wouldn't reverse, it would hardly move & it was smoking very badly!! MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED IN THAT CAR AS AN NEWER DRIVER CONFUSED AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON!!! The tow truck guy said the engine could easily blow it was shaking so bad!!! We had it towed back to the their dealership nobody was there. He then texted my phone very rudely text me & say I need to remove the car. Must've been watching on camera or something. Because they were not open. Give us back our money. She is just a college kid trying to do right in the world! & I will see to it she does! I have paperwork, pictures & videos!!! They tend to have a good selection of vehicles and if you can't find what you like on the lot, odds are one of their sister dealerships would have what you want. Customer service is generally pretty good, but they tend to get lack luster on the wash job (if they even offer or remember to give you one).
