First, I couldn't finance the remaining balance of the purchase (about $2,700), then they told me I had to finance at least $5,000 - i said "ok". Then they changed their mind again and said I couldn't finance anything towards the nearly $10,000 purchase - cash only! And once you drive one of their cars off the lot - it's yours! The transmission could fall out in front of their dealership (after just handing them $10k cash) and they wouldn't give a damn! And yes, a car should have NEW TIRES. Serra sales cars with tires that are below the safety limit. The manager's name involved was Andy, and the salesman's name was George. AVOID THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP. The corruption that was "Doug Chevrolet" remains there to this day.

I told her why I was there and she went over all the Subaru options. She test drove each with me and went over all the features. She seemed to have such an understanding of what I wanted and what was most important to me so she suggested I try a used Palisade as well. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn't have that need to "manslain" everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. The Service Writer (Hunter) decided it was appropriate to use my personal vehicle as a demonstration car for another technician who wanted to learn how to drive a manual transmission -- without my permission. This second individual had absolutely no business being in my car. After they parked it, both of them remained sitting inside for another 30 seconds, doing who knows what. When they finally exited, the second technician was holding a vape device, leaving me concerned they may have been vaping inside my vehicle as well. This behavior is inappropriate, unprofessional, and a clear breach of customer trust. It is unethical to treat a customer's vehicle this way under any circumstances. I immediately requested my car be removed from the service bay before any work was performed. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this dealership for service -- or for anything, frankly.
