    Came in on July 5th. No intention of buying. However we fell in love with a used car. The deal was sweet. The salesman was super nice. The whole process was straight forward and easy. Would definitely recommend Ganley to anyone. We love our car! Thank you!

I would highly recommend WMC. I've worked with salesman Nick Fleming in most cases, but you will receive outstanding and respectful service from anyone on the team. They are all approachable, flexible, kind, open-minded and willing to work with you. They listen to their customers and do not apply sales pressure. (there is no need, because they are so good!) Obviously, the vehicles are always priced right, (fairly) that's why I continue to go back and will continue to do so. On May 2, 2020 I picked up a 2019 Chevy Colorado and I absolutely love it. Nick has stayed in touch with me to make sure I'm happy with everything and, of course I am! Mutual respect, trust and honesty are important characteristics in a relationship. The WMC team clearly exhibits all of these characteristics and more!

From the moment I contacted them about the vehicle to the moment I arrived to test drive Nick was super helpful. I requested some pictures of the suspension since I saw some aftermarket modifications and without one complaint Nick had gotten me all the photos requested. Every dealer I had inquired here in Chicago had ridiculous dealer fees, lot fees, etc and the asking price was already more than a grand more than what Wadsworth motors was asking. This was honestly my first car purchase from a dealer that didn't leave me feeling like I was scammed. Absolutely no buyers remorse and the best part is I didn't even have to haggle. I paid their full asking price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car in the area. My wife and I were even talking about wanting to make future purchases from them despite the distance!

They tend to have a good selection of vehicles and if you can't find what you like on the lot, odds are one of their sister dealerships would have what you want. Customer service is generally pretty good, but they tend to get lack luster on the wash job (if they even offer or remember to give you one). They also advertise that I can go to one of their other dealerships, so I stopped by their Kia dealership today and learned their car wash is unavailable for the foreseeable future. I then drove t to the Chevy dealership and found their car wash closed. I inquired as to the reason for the closure and was told by Nick that it will be closed for at least two months. I asked if someone could hand wash it and he said they don't have staff available who can do that. (I wonder what the gentleman who occasionally runs the car wash is doing) He suggested I try their Cadillac dealership across town, but I also recall being referred to the KIA dealership by that dealership . Bottom line the free car washes are spurious at best. Don't fall for it. The only shining light during this experience was meeting a technician at Chevy named Rodney who seemed genuinely empathetic and wanted me to have a good customer experience.

I ordered it online while I waited in their waiting room and in only took 8 minutes to change it out. The funniest part of this story? The service technician had to drop open the glove box and take it out to see if it needed changed. Wow! Rip Off. never again.

The week I walk off the lot with the truck, I get all these lights that start coming on for my truck. I get that "!" light that comes on, I fill up my tires and it's still on. A maintenance required light comes on. lol think that means they did a good checkup per the car fax saying so? I get a "no air bag" light. I hear clicking while driving in the front end as if there's suspension issues. 6 months later now my ABS and traction lights are coming on. My radio always messes up and defaults to the CD. They just quickly and cheaply fix up these vehicles for sales. I keep getting these notifications from them about recommended maintenance to be done to my truck while they somehow quote me my exact mileage on my vehicle to this date. And they conveniently never gave a recommended maintenance request for shocks or struts when you are supposed to have them done after 50,000 miles, this vehicle has over 147,000 miles on it. They conveniently remain quiet on the higher cost stuff recommended and especially immediately after you buy.
