The customer is not made aware that this truly is a NOT body circumference of 360 degrees because mostly it requires full anesthesia to reach actually and safely reach those depths within the tissue around your abdomen but customers are deceived into thinking that this will be achieved they will literally see results "all around" the full abdomen area we paid for. Please present this to necessary parties at the local office in Norfolk VA and see if again I can just get what was quoted in my package as "waist area" but yet I have extra skin lapsing in the sides of abdominal area, creating an undesired non-aesthetic appearance, and of course causing me as a consumer to ultimately spend thousands more for a repair the company is not willing to negotiate at a reasonable rate and not even consider it a revision but an additional surgery.  We as healthcare consumers are entitled to the same rights as any other type consumer that ensures proper regulation and practices and we also have medical protections within our state surgical and plastic surgical licensing entities and board certification agencies. Now this is my first time having any kind of hair on my head that wasn't my own. So I dont know what to expect, so I am trusting the stylist. That was my first mistake. The style I asked for called for curly hair and she pulled out straight hair. So I asked and she assured me she would curl it to get the same look. My second mistake not leaving at that point. So I was quoted 3 hours, now it's 2am and she is "finished". Mind you, I have two bags of rods in my hair and no one wants me to have to spend 45 minutes under the dryer, so I am told to go home and complete the style myself. What. ....I have to get up at 6am. Let me remind you it's 2am and I am not even home yet. Needless to say it's now 3 am and I can't lay down because there are a million rods in my hair. So pissed off. I can't believe I paid for this, so I am asking the stylist questions. When did you last do crochet braids? A few months ago. Huh? I seriously think it was her first time. What a complete mess, I think she is still in hair school. So now I am questioning if she is a licensed stylist. I am beyond disappointed, this was my first and last time. I will update tomorrow with pictures and information after I reach out to management. Because words cannot express how I feel. Okay so it is 0845 and it took me 30 minutes to get all the rods out and the hair is still straight. WTH? I left a message for when they open. What a disaster. My treatment last about 30 minutes from start to finish. I was very sore afterwards (you are getting multiple injections in your skin). This only last for about 3-4 days. I had to massage my area with a cream and overtime the soreness and lumpy feeling decreased. I did a pain pill (something extra I had at home) overnight to help me sleep because I was uncomfortable, and I sleep on my side. I am day 5 out from my treatment and I can see a huge noticeable difference. I will only need one more treatment to get the results I want. I could stop here, but I have seen big changes and my thighs are slimming down. I highly recommend this for anyone battling a specific area of your body that you want to trim down. It will hurt the first couple of days, but the results are worth it. Remember beauty is pain.
