From the first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Nicole has incredible creativity, a beautiful way of designing for the uniqueness of her couples, great experience, a terrific local network, and is very direct about what to expect throughout the process. She was able to spot that we had been off with our initial estimate on overall costs, then broke everything down with tons of direct talk about where expenses would be generated, where we could save, and where we wouldn't want to save. In the end, her initial estimate was almost exactly what we ended up paying. Once we started working with her, she was brilliant about making a balance between taking the initiative and asking us for guidance. We always had trust in who she connected us with (she works with a network of total pros), and she made the entire process completely transparent, so we could keep an eye on what we needed to do, but also see what we didn't need to worry about. This was the only way that working together from a distance, and only meeting a couple of times in person was possible. Our wedding was on a family member's property, and Nicole was very skilled at pushing through our agreed vision for the wedding, but without ever stepping on any toes - she's a skilled diplomat. Regarding the wedding design, we we bringing together several cultures in the wedding - Hawaiian, Russian, German, and Coloradan. She was able to blend all of these into a seamless whole that totally reflected our identities in ways tasteful, fun, and surprising. All of our guests and families felt this terrific combination of style and identity that Nicole was able to orchestrate. On the day, she was absolutely a dream to work with. Attentive and in control, but without being overbearing, she was on top of every transition and important moment, but never taking the limelight. She's a true professional's professional. Overall, we were so lucky to work with Nicole, and I can highly recommend her to anyone who wants their wedding to be a true representation of who they are as a couple, and at the same time a totally professional production that they can simply celebrate with the people they love without worries. She was nice, professional and put many of our worries immediately at ease. Once we signed our contract and began working with her, there were several red flags. Communication was challenging and her e-mail system was not user-friendly. Phone calls were not returned, one vendor was never even contacted by her during the vendor contact phase. As she was to be our day-of wedding coordinator (not our wedding planner), clear communication was a must. But during our final walk-through, Mila did not take a single note to ensure that our many months of wedding planning would be carried out, the very thing we hired her for. Sadly, this lack of attention to detail became increasingly apparent and it appeared that Mila was in over her head. At our wedding rehearsal, Mila presented herself as rushed -- never introduced herself to our families and bridal party to establish any kind of rapport, immediately questioned our wishes and plans for the processional and ignored requests for clarity. The room was in chaos, everyone overwhelmed and confused. Worst of all were her derogatory remarks directed at members of our family. Thankfully, we had our amazing officiant (Matt Morgan Weddings & Coaching) present who literally took over the entire rehearsal as Mila sat back and watched. We tried to hold ourselves in keep-calm-and-carry-on mode. On our wedding day, Mila placed most of our table and decorative items correctly although several mistakes were made even though specific written instructions were provided and all items were boxed and labeled. Mistakes will always be made, we never expected everything to be perfect. What was hard was that when Mila was asked to make the necessary changes she did so grudgingly. During our grand entrance, to have been facilitated by Mila, things were once again chaos. The children didn't know what was going on which left some in tears. During our reception, Mila made distasteful comments to family and friends. Several items at the end of the night were not packed as agreed upon by Mila and some were left at the hotel with their whereabouts unknown. Although our family was able to retrieve the centerpiece vases and flowers from the trash, some were already thrown away, like our beautiful backdrop flowers, others we discovered the next day. Mila had instructions that my parents would take most, if not all, of the flowers that night for our post-wedding brunch. One glass piece was broken and nobody was told about it although a family member heard and saw it happen. Mila did not dress/present herself in a professional manner at either our rehearsal or on our wedding day despite the setting and formal attire of our guests. It is with great sadness we write a review like this about someone we chose to be a part of one of the most special and happy days of our lives. But we depended heavily on other couples' reviews of vendors and we are contributing our review because we want to help other future newlyweds avoid these same issues. The negative experiences we had with Mila were more than compensated for by all the other amazing vendors we chose, thankfully. We truly hope that deep down Mila knows what she did, how she made people feel, and where she can grow. Lastly, we thank Mila for what she did do well.

We have had great experiences with almost all of the teachers, especially Miss Ashta. Miss Ashta was so helpful and professional when I initially signed up for the gym as the website was having some issues so I couldn't do it on my own. I was thrilled when she was the instructor for our first class and helped show me and my daughter the ropes of how My Gym works. She is wonderfully enthusiastic and active with the kiddos, as are all of the teachers we've had there so far. (Shoutout to Miss Lauren, too!) It's been such a wonderful experience that has helped my wild child learn how to channel her energy, learn new skills, and make friends!
