My daughter wanted a birthday party 3 weeks before her birthday. So I ran to the internet and found Little Princess Spa! Their party packages were explained great online and you can do a bunch of add ons as well. Prices were clearly shown and no hidden fees. Before the party they explained everything for day of party and double checked if I had any questions or concerns. We were able to come 30 mins early and set up. Even though we didnt have much to set up, the staff was super helpful. The fairy outfits they wore was above and beyond customer service! My daughter turned 7 and had 4 friends do mani pedis. The whole place was super cute! The waiting area had a great view of everything going on without feeling crowded. The staff literally did everything!! I was EXTREMELY happy with how it all turned out. My daughter and her friends had such a great time and it was so fun to be able to watch her enjoy. Hosted my daughter's 8th birthday! She wants to have a spa themed party and found this place! It's truly an incredible experience from beginning to end. The staff was kind and so good with the girls. They ended up getting mini facials, manis & make up. The girls are in their princess area so this place was amazing! The salon is pink and fabulous and the staff dresses like fairies which makes it so magical. This venue does party, summer camps and special events. Little Princess Spa was so magical! The fairies took such great care of us and made my daughter's fifth birthday extra special!

We had a recent party here. When booking our party, there was no mention of the expected tip in addition to the cost of the party. When it was time to pay, the employee showed us the tip options. She made it extremely awkward to tip anything less than twenty percent. We asked for a custom tip amount and she didn't know how to do it. This tip requirement was never mentioned in all of our conversations in planning the party. additional concerns: use terrible quality products including Suave hairspray, super rushed at the end of the party as you have only minutes to pack up and leave or you are charged an additional $249. We paid for a two hour party and the fairies ended the party early and asked us to pay when all the kids were still at the party and our time wasn't even up. Clearly, they were ready to go. Read the long contract thoroughly before signing to book a party! We do not recommend them as a party venue. We are marking it two stars as the facility was clean. read more

Had my daughters 9th birthday here. I arrived early to set up witch was nice and the 3 girls working there where VERY helpful. The party and the girls where great, my daughter had a blast as did her guest. The down side was they need to work on there ventilation. With all the hair spray and nail polish I got so dizzy I almost fell over 3 times. I finally went out side and propped the door open. Then after the party they give you the thing to pay and it gives you a read out for a TIP!? like the girls working where great but how is this not included in the already high amount of $389?? So I kinda felt obligated to tip them so after spending $434 I dont think we will be back.i love my kids and It was a great ONE TIME experience just to say we been but It kinda feels like they play on that parents love to do and pay and buy what makes their kid happy. A Wonderful Experience! I have 3 girls, ages 9, 7 and 5. They all absolutely loved this place. Your little princess will not be disappointed. I was blown away with the cuteness of this salon from the moment we walked into the salon. You feel like you are walking into a fairy tale. The décor and set up at this salon is fit for a princess. The staff is dressed in fairy costumes which adds to the fairy tale experience. My girls couldn't wait to get started. They began their spa day by sipping juice in a bathrobe. It was cute seeing them sitting there, chatting and being silly. They then transitioned to the facial station where they were given cucumber pads for their eyes which they thought was so fun. At the pedicure station, they were able to sit back and relax with a princess book or magazine while they had their feet soaking and toes painted. Next up was the nail station where the fairies patiently painted their nails. They then sat in a salon chair for hair and makeup. To add to the fun, their hair was topped off with fairy glitter. They ended their day with a walk down the cat walk showing off their new look. They absolutely loved every minute here. The staff was friendly and fun. We will be back. I highly recommend this to anyone that has a little girl and wants to make her feel special. read more

Let's start off by saying that it is a great concept but there are a few flaws! first thing I have an issue with is everything feels super rushed!!! I booked both my girls 2 weeks a part for some birthday fun. The facials a minute long as the kids starting to even enjoy it and relaxing they're wiping off the lotion and getting them up, rushed off to start the nails they're just gonna throw them in a bowl of water and then move onto the next thing I think if you took a little more time and let it be a little more about them and cater to each girls personality a little more. it would be a much better day also would be a good idea to maybe have us bring a special outfit for them to go on the runway they just throw on a crown that they take away they don't even let you keep! in the package for the price I will not go back! The girls that work for the place are really nice but you can tell everything is very much by a book and not really ideal for you to make them feel special also we did feathers and they did not have a very good selection some of them did look old and tangled. read more

I am honestly super disappointed. I took my daughter here for her 2nd birthday, she loves to get her nails painted at home so I thought wow this will be perfect! It's for kids, shows kids her age on the website getting services and really thought she will have a good time. First off, the lady that was helping us was being a bit rude and not being understanding at all. Yes, I understand my daughter is young, but at least have a little sympathy to my daughter not sitting extremely still the whole time. Also, from working in a spa I see how nails are supposed to be done everyday and this was not professional at all, the lady helping us was not trained to do nails or anything really. She also didn't add a top coat to really help the polish stay on so now almost all of my daughters nail polish has come off on her fingers and we were only there a couple hours ago. All and all I would never go back to this nor recommend it. Definitely not worth the money, I could have done a better job at home. Super, super disappointed read more
