I went to their flash event recently. And there was definitely a line here. The studio looked nice and clean. Staff was super helpful. I was really nervous of getting my first tattoo here. But I definitely eased up eventually. Haanjo was my artist and he checked in as if I was doing okay while he was tattooing me. I changed my mind on the sizing and he was very patient with me as this was a big deal for me. To get something permanent. I found Alyson ( alyson_wxnderland / wonderlandbodyarts ) through IG. I've been following her work for a while and loved the ear candy she always posts & her excitement for curating ear art. Making an appointment is very simple - book online through the app or returning clients can message the artist directly. When I got into the shop I felt so comfortable. Everyone at the shop works as a team and you can tell all of the artists gets along extremely well and work as a unit. The owner helped Alyson with a video for their page on IG which was really sweet (no egos here). While she disinfected my piercings I filled out paperwork. The process was easy - the hardest part was finding the jewelry piece I wanted, there were so many gorgeous pieces I wish I could have done more piercings. Alyson is very transparent with all the materials she uses and makes sure to show you the expiration date of the needles or other tools used for the actual piercing. Take home products are also available for purchase, I accidentally bought the wrong pads on Amazon (didn't notice until I came back to the studio for a quick check up) so it's better to just buy it here along with the solution. She's very kind and patient during the healing process and very receptive to messages or questions during that time. Luffy is the first tattoo I received from Dani and I instantly felt like I was home. I never felt so accepted, calm, and loved in a tattoo shop before. Me and my boyfriend randomly decided to get tattoos one day very last minute with no idea in mind. We called a few shops around us to see if they would accept walk-ins and Glitterpoops was the first to finally tell me yes. We headed over there with a few ideas in mind and as soon as we entered the door we were helped by a friendly man who got a sense of our ideas and matched us with the perfect artists for each of us. My artist Julia was absolutely amazing. She used my inspiration to draw up an amazing piece. She also added a few of her own personal touches to make sure the piece was one of a kind. My boyfriend got a tattoo as well of a spider on his stomach it ended up coming out absolutely stunning with his artist focusing on making it look as realistic as possible. Again, with these being walk-ins we expected a fast, not perfect, cheap, simple tattoo. But instead we got the best quality tattoos in only about 3-4 hours, with such an amazing group of people. The shop itself and the people in it bring out the best energy and the atmosphere is just super peaceful and welcoming. Most definitely would return again and hope to soon. A couple a months ago i got tattood by Steve Karl at this place . I was a regular here and tryed him out for the first time which he did an overpriced outline that didnt even come out as planned. Linework was bad but he said he would fix what he couldnt in the 3 hr session for just the outline . I messaged him to finish and he ignored me like a child , and even blocked me on social media , his attitude was nasty towards me and he obviously had some type of envy or animosity towards me . I told the owner Lola about it which she took his side , long story short . I paid 450 for an outline that came out bad , and got banned from there .Their best artist Bermudez is really talented which ive gotten work from , but she wont allow me to come get work from him anymore lol.
