The Anacortes location is on a much bigger piece of property, with the vacuums conveniently located so you can actually get to them easily. The rest of the setup is pretty similar to MV, including self-serve and automatic car wash options, an easy check-in process (although, weirdly, the credit card option was down on the day of my visit so they were taking cash only), and you can still use your wash pass even if purchased at the other location. My biggest complaint about Blue Cow is that there aren't more of them! We could definitely use a second location in the MV area, and maybe one up in Bham too? :)

I later reviewed the product specifications and contacted Kendall's own technical support team directly. Their team confirmed that while VersaTrans CVT+ may be used where Toyota WS is specified, their *recommended* product for WS applications is Kendall VersaTrans LV ATF, not CVT+. Their data sheet confirms this. When I brought this to the shop's attention, attaching official data sheets, Kendall's response email, and compatibility concerns, they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. Their responses were consistently short, dismissive, and unprofessional. I received multiple replies with no greeting, no name, and no attempt to address the core issue. Instead of discussing solutions (which I offered several times, including a fluid replacement or partial refund), they repeatedly deflected and eventually stopped engaging altogether. Despite the shop stating in their own records that metal shavings were present, a clear indication of wear, they opted to use a non-recommended fluid. Over the next 2.5 years, the vehicle accumulated only ~9,200 miles, but the transmission continued to degrade, likely accelerated by the mismatch in fluid. This review is not based on emotion. I've provided documentation, OEM specifications, and direct confirmation from the fluid manufacturer. The shop's refusal to admit a mistake or even engage in a basic conversation about resolution speaks volumes about their customer service standards and technical judgment. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone seeking careful, OEM-spec service or professional accountability. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to help, or even call you by name.

The results where terrible... Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time

After some back and forth with that company I decided to walk away and find someone who would listen and address my issue. I have had many windows tinted and was never told I'd have to wait WEEKS for it to clear up and that I couldn't go through the carwash until then. Baffling. As I was explaining my issue with the window tint that was just put on a few weeks prior he listened and was empathetic with my past of having to drive through smoke in a wild fire. The last thing I wanted to see was that illusion from my most favorite vehicle. He assured me he would use a better/different tint to eliminate that. He exceeded my expectations. From the second I looked through my window one time I could tell he was true to his word and he fixed my issue. THE SAME DAY and funny thing... I didn't have to wait weeks for it to be clear. He showed up right on time and did an amazing job removing the old film, cleaning up the residue and installing the new window film. It looks like brand new again!
