No problem, I have had this before and just sweep out the area when I'm done, there is a push broom leaning on the building and garbage cans available, only takes me an e tra five minutes. Not today. HALF WAY through my wash the old rude guy who identified himself as the owner came over harassing me about it. Since he was being a total asshat I finished my truck while he swept up, including spraying some more debris off my truck since it wasn't clean yet. After I finished he was making some comment about if my truck was this dirty I needed to take it somewhere else which I happily will! I stopped him, told him that I always sweep the area when I'm finished so his comments were out of line. His response? "But you didn't, did you?" I reminded him that I wasn't finished and he started babbling about "I was in the service too you know", to which I responded that doesn't justify being an asshole to paying customers and let him know I would be reviewing his business and would not return. Long story short, if you absolutely have to go here, nowhere else in the state available, make sure your vehicle isn't dirty when you come in, the owner doesnt want any dirt coming off your vehicle, even if you routinely clean upbafter youre finished!

The "Basic" is $12 and the "Kitchen Sink" is $22, with a couple of other options in between. I usually get the "Supreme" for $15, which gets the job done without a lot of extra bells & whistles. They also still have the free vacuums, which is my favorite thing about this place. No worrying about having enough quarters to get the whole car done before the dreaded beep-beep-beeeeeeeep. But the cleanliness factor has really gone down. I was there yesterday (along with half the population of the valley) and the vacuum area was disgusting. There was dirt and garbage all over the pavement. They also should consider opening a second or even third location, because this place gets so busy (especially on sunny days). Yesterday I waited in line for 20 minutes to get my wash. The layout is also odd. If the self-service wash bays are all in use and the line to get in to the automated wash is long, there is literally NO way to drive your car from the end of the automated wash back to the vacuums. Finally, they've gotten rid of the vending machine with the convenient little packets of Windex and Armor-All. Will I keep coming here? Yes, unless a better option comes along. And maybe they're just banking on that.

They now play games in their billing practices and lack transparency. Per my original phone conversation, After applying a manufactures rebate and offering to a discountinued tire price involving a tire that i desired but now was replaced by a new model tire at a slightly higher price. ...I found when presented the bill they charged nearly $200 extra dollars for tire insurance which I did not order nor did we talk about. When questioning this they quickly said they could remove it. This charge would have been twice the savings that I was expecting! Some discount. I pressed them how it got on the bill in the first place. It went down hill from there starting with their billing computer program just includes it, followed by they were already generous by applying a discount implying that I should be grateful for it and they therefore were justified in doing this (as ridiculous as that sounds, but consistent with the level of maturity and professionalism that this store presents). Also, no advantage to appointment times as they are not adhered to. Beware, when shopping at the Burlington store, (get the full out- the door cost quote or they will make up one of their own in hopes you won't catch them taking advantage of me (being 75 yrs old?) to make their bonuses). Hopefully Discount Tire's other stores have more integrity that this one is displaying. Senior management needs to address them.

Never had a car detailed before, but I'm a huge fan now. Got scheduled quickly before Christmas and they did an AMAZING job with the car. I didn't think to get before pics, but this car looked like it had been ransacked by sticky toddlers and a zoo. With 2 German shepherds in it and getting used as a work vehicle for 2 years by my husband who works a dirty job, we honestly didn't realize how much grime had accrued. I just knew I didn't want sticky cup holders anymore for Christmas. Wasn't expecting to get all of the fine dog hair that had been embedded in the roof from our large dog pacing and rubbing against the roof out. The car looks better than I could have imagined, like the day we brought it home from the dealership! Service was quick on short notice. I was offered a ride back home as my husband couldn't pick me up that day. Had great communication on the timeline. And pricing was extremely reasonable. I've never written a review before, but I just wanted to add that I saw reviews on here before scheduling- and would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Super nice people to work with. Extraordinary service. They took time and patience to make my car look like a showroom car. It was superior to many other retailers I've taken my car to. They were incredibly nice and dedicated to making sure I was happy. It was a pretty penny but overall it was incredible and made my baby look flawless and just like brand new. They did the most amazing job and were super friendly. through the whole process they kept us up to date on what was going on. We brought in our car that had been sitting for 3 years. previous owner had been a heavy smoker and it also had mold inside. When we got the car back you couldn't even tell that anyone had smoked in it and no signs of mold. Everything on the inside looked brand new. Having my car detailed was a graduation gift. It had never been detailed before (it's an '05 Highlander) and I am extremely happy with the result. I bought it used and the seats had stains that didn't come out when the dealership cleaned the seats or with the store bought products that I had tried. Now they are completely gone.
