The "Basic" is $12 and the "Kitchen Sink" is $22, with a couple of other options in between. I usually get the "Supreme" for $15, which gets the job done without a lot of extra bells & whistles. They also still have the free vacuums, which is my favorite thing about this place. No worrying about having enough quarters to get the whole car done before the dreaded beep-beep-beeeeeeeep. But the cleanliness factor has really gone down. I was there yesterday (along with half the population of the valley) and the vacuum area was disgusting. There was dirt and garbage all over the pavement. They also should consider opening a second or even third location, because this place gets so busy (especially on sunny days). Yesterday I waited in line for 20 minutes to get my wash. The layout is also odd. If the self-service wash bays are all in use and the line to get in to the automated wash is long, there is literally NO way to drive your car from the end of the automated wash back to the vacuums. Finally, they've gotten rid of the vending machine with the convenient little packets of Windex and Armor-All. Will I keep coming here? Yes, unless a better option comes along. And maybe they're just banking on that.

The best part is that they have free vacuums after getting a wash and you don't have to keep swiping a card every few minutes. It's a really near car wash to stop at when going to/back from Vancouver to Seattle. Definitely recommend going to them if you're in the area!

I usually visit after hours so haven't had the displeasure of meeting the owner until today. My truck was exceptionally filthy so I decided to clean it up. I knocked all the extra stuff off and swept out the loose stuff but there was a lot of tree debris stuck in the bed. No problem, I have had this before and just sweep out the area when I'm done, there is a push broom leaning on the building and garbage cans available, only takes me an e tra five minutes. Not today. HALF WAY through my wash the old rude guy who identified himself as the owner came over harassing me about it. Since he was being a total asshat I finished my truck while he swept up, including spraying some more debris off my truck since it wasn't clean yet. After I finished he was making some comment about if my truck was this dirty I needed to take it somewhere else which I happily will! I stopped him, told him that I always sweep the area when I'm finished so his comments were out of line. His response? "But you didn't, did you?" I reminded him that I wasn't finished​ and he started babbling about "I was in the service too you know", to which I responded that doesn't justify being an asshole to paying customers and let him know I would be reviewing his business and would not return. Long story short, if you absolutely have to go here, nowhere else in the state available, make sure your vehicle isn't dirty when you come in, the owner doesnt want any dirt coming off your vehicle, even if you routinely clean upbafter youre finished!​

    This is a large dealership. We stopped by to grab a roll of rodent tape from the parts department…read more- it's the stuff you wrap a wiring harness in to keep mice from chewing on it - Honda is famous for having the best stuff. We parked in front of the showroom and assumed that the parts department would be around the side - but which side? We went to the right, which was the wrong move. A salesperson and two other representatives immediately came out of the showroom to ask if we needed help finding something - the approach made it feel like we were up to no good and they were checking up on us. They pointed us in the right direction, which is through the showroom. It turns out that there is a side entrance - from the left side. The parts guy was helpful, but he wanted to charge a huge markup on a roll of tape... $82! For reference, this can be found online from other Honda dealers for about $45. He suggested that the high price was fair because we can have it today! We managed to talk him down to $65, which is still high, but we got it that day. On the way out, one of the sales guys complimented our old Model S, which was appreciated. Thoughts overall - the employee to customer ratio was probably 5:1, the initial interaction was a turnoff, and the price gouging isn't going to win any repeat business. On the positive side, and to be totally fair, the dealership was clean, the cars on the lot were staged well and clean, the parts department had some neat swag, the restrooms were nice and the location is convenient.
