Had to go to them as they were an authorized repair service under my extended warranty on our refrigerator. Called on a Monday, requested a early Friday morning appt. After two convo's with their office, was informed it was booked. Mid-week received a notice an earlier appt opened up. Called back, can't do, already rearranged my schedule for Fri, as requested that Monday. Was told I'd receive a "Robo" call the day before, never happened. Called 1st thing Fri to confirm our appt since a technician hadn't shown up. Office said "did you not receive a Robo call?" Nope, I did not. Can you tell me what time the technician is coming, I requested an AM appointment. Yes, your technician is coming between 11-2pm. That's not an AM appt., unless they show before noon, right? Wouldn't be a big deal, unfortunately, I'd ask and received confirmation from two of the three individuals I spoke to, and both confirmed that I was still scheduled from 8-10am. The point is simple, when you rearrange your entire week for a confirmed appt from 8-10, then you're informed the day of the appt that your tech "should arrive 11-2pm", without a call from their office (I had to call and follow up), it's extremely frustrating. When I told the office I couldn't do 11-2, the person on the phone began to get rude and said "that's our AM appointment slot." They then closed my claim, didn't tell me, and when I called my Warranty provider to share what was going on, even the provider apologized and mentioned they'd received several complaints, apologized, and recommended I call another repair company and to submit my bill & they would reimburse me as a result of the poor service from A-Tech. I called Mr. Appliance & was extremely impressed with their office and process. Just like they said, I received a text the day before my appointment, with a picture and introduction of the technician confirming my 8-10AM appointment. I then received another text & phone call, from Mr. Appliance the morning of, informing me the technician was on his way. The technician arrived at 8AM, as planned. He was extremely professional, used his own door mat on our porch (so not to dirty ours), and was done by 9ish. Extremely polite, clean, knowledgeable, and efficient. My recommendation, don't waste your time with A-Tech,. Call Mr. Appliance. You won't be disappointed! I learned the hard way. Hopefully, this will save you the frustration.

    They charged us only one time the diagnostic charge to figure out what was wrong with our Samsung…read morerefrigerator. They came back three times for parts to try to get it to temperature inside the refrigerator even though the freezer was fine and they only charge for the part. Extremely professional came when they said they would, called ahead of time to say how far out they were and we're way out between Rogers and Eureka Springs on Highway 12. No mileage charge no additional fees just the parts charge. I believe our 11-year-old fridge was shot so we went ahead and bought a new one but extremely impressed and will use them and only them forever more.

Had they TOLD US on the phone that WE would have to remove the appliance ourselves (we are old), we could have told them that WE couldn't do that, saving us from spending money on the service call and from them making a wasted trip. I would not recommend this company to anyone. -Deceptive practices ( who in the name of all that is holy would think the customer has to move the appliance??? They never diagnosed the problem on the first visit…read more Inevitably, the second visit was required to reassess the problem and order the correct part. Usually it would take a month to fix a problem. In less than two years my washer and dryer broke four times. The first two times they replaced a motherboard. The third visit really pissed me off and the fourth pissed off my property manager. Thank you Lord! I work from home and this repair guy would not shut the #%€£ up. He told me that I am breaking my machine by overloading the washer and he can tell because they have serviced this unit so many times. Would you trust a repair man who thinks the washer's springs can short-circuit the motherboard in both the washer and dryer? No wonder they can't diagnose the issue on the first visit. This is the best part. Our property manager was replaced and the new manager gave Mr. Appliance the opportunity to fix units in multiple apartments. Due to their incredibly sluggish response time, I followed up to check the status on the part they ordered. I had done this on all prior repairs. This time the receptionist could not find my records, she called my rude, and told me to ask my property manager. I certainly did. The vile receptionist called my property manager rude too. It is obviously too much to expect Mr. Appliance to keep track of their customers and order the correct parts in a timely manner. I had the extreme pleasure of researching competitors and located several viable options. My new property manager elected to replace my appliance and Mr. Appliance on the same day. It felt like Christmas.
