Mr Appliance did just that. From the online chat booking my appointment after hours on a Sunday to my texts and calls letting me know when my service person would arrive they deliver. Christian was out service tech and he is so conscientious about laying down a mat outside our door, using booties so he doesn't track in dirt, keeping the area he is working on clean and tidy. He is very knowledgeable about ovens and I appreciated him informing us about why we had our issue and how to avoid potential problems moving forward. I can not recommend this company enough . I only wish other companies would take a page from their service book. They are awesome in every aspect of their business and they deserve more than 5 stars!!!'

We had a date scheduled and then something came up they needed to reschedule. Ok no problem we rescheduled. Then I get a call from the dispatch lady named Merna and Stacy that we need to change again... ok at this point I was annoyed but... things happen. The night before service get a text confirming for another day. Called they said oh yeah we have a different day. At this point I'm annoyed they assured they could move it. She said the tech will message you when they are on the way.... Nope he said that was there job. Super nice guy he also said they were running into issues. I was asked to pay half now and the other half once the job was completed... they needed to order the part.... Ok no problem.... Similar situation to get the tech back out there. They don't accept cards only check.... Ok wrote the second check now it's January and February and they are stating that the lost the check or it may have cashed might not have but they can't track it........ We had a concern with our dryer that could easily have been turned into a hundreds-of-dollar issue. He disassembled our dryer and found that the problem was pretty mundane. He easily fixed it and reassembled the dryer. He then explained what might have led to the issue and told us how to keep it from happening again. His price? Only his time, which was very fair. This company charged $100 to come and tell me that my dryer settings were the cause of my dryer…read moreshutting off. The owner told my husband that he "knew last night" when discussing it in the phone that's all it was-- and he didn't bother to tell us! He also went on to say that much of his business is elderly people who do not understand the settings of their new appliances, and he charges them to come out and "push a few buttons." He refused to lower that amount to the $85 for a regular service call, citing my home owner's warranty as the reason for charging $100. However, when I called the home warranty company I was explicitly told that the service provider could charge less if he chose to, that he was not in fact required to charge the full $100. When I called back to ask the owner to reconsider, he told me "that's just the way it is, Honey" and stated that he "had to feed his family too." I seriously doubt he "needed" that extra $15 to "feed his family." This issue could have been resolved with a $15 refund and a 30 second phone call. Beware of this crooked company!
