My complaint was handled very poorly by the manager who insulted my integrity and pressured me into signing a piece of paper to say I would not take this complaint to court before he would refund my money. I have since gone to a senior stylist at Kennardys in Ingatestone who was appalled at the state of my hair so much that she arranged some photos to show the damage. I have lost approximately 3/4 years hair growth but the senior stylist at Kennardys gave me a fantastic haircut and I would highly recommend Kennardys

I have watched them grow, I have watched the salon change shape, the staffing increase due to popularity, and it has been so good to see. The staff are superb. I go for regular 5-weekly colours and trims, and other times just for styling for occasions, and I have never been disappointed. It has reached the point where it is almost like a family event to me. The staff seem to know me so well, what I drink, how often I drink it and whether I take sugar or not! And they keep me in regular supply!

Lee takes his time and gets the shape spot on. Usually I have to wait two weeks for my hair to settle in but not with Lee. Indeed Lee was recommended to me by word of mouth when I stopped a lady in Waitrose and asked who cut her amazing hair. On top of this he is a really nice person. Indeed all the people were delightful. Fussing over my baby and being very kind when I needed to stop for 10 mins to change and feed her. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive. So many salons make me shrink with the b***chy gossip and there was none of that. Cannot recommend this salon enough. The only bad thing I can say is that I wish I had found it sooner.
