Not only were the products as good as the stylist had described- my colour work was exceptional with advice and compromise from an expert. I found all staff to be very helpful and knowledgble and found that the use of disposable towels to be hygienic. Stylist was chatty but professional and he seemed to have sound knowledge of cutting and colouring. Will definately be recomending to a friend. I found the price to be mid range - which I thought was pretty good for an Aveda salon as you do pay for what you get! Will definately be rebooking with James.

I am not easily pleased, but Nathan, Zoe and their talented team of stylists never fail to deliver the very best standards in hairdressing and customer service. All are very kind and polite and cut hair lovely! The longest ive had to wait for a haircut here is 30 mins, there isnt much of a seating area just a few wooden chairs that do get a littel uncomortable to sit in after a while. All the female members of the family have been going to this hairdressers for over 10 years because its unpretentious, run by the lovely Emma and her friendly team and all the services are at such a good price. The young stylist didn't appear to know what she was doing and cut a huge 4in step out of it. I requested my money back but the manager said he would asses my hair and cut it if necessary he proceeded to do more damage then the young female stylist. My complaint was handled very poorly by the manager who insulted my integrity and pressured me into signing a piece of paper to say I would not take this complaint to court before he would refund my money. I have since gone to a senior stylist at Kennardys in Ingatestone who was appalled at the state of my hair so much that she arranged some photos to show the damage. I have lost approximately 3/4 years hair growth but the senior stylist at Kennardys gave me a fantastic haircut and I would highly recommend Kennardys
