The customer service was great, but forgive me the food just isn't good and is terribly overpriced. I had a lobster stew that had a few chunks of lobster and some gross strange sauce. My wife had an entrée with some gross green beans and flavorless mashed potatoes. Don't be afraid to use the spice rack my friends. Don't be afraid. The fish tacos were a bright spot. I wouldn't go back. I'm sorry.

Meatloaf, fries and mashed potatoes for potato freaks.

Delicious home cooked food. He had the meatloaf, with a hint of ketch up in the gravy and it comes with 2 sides. It was slighty sweet and savory. I had the haddock reuben sandwich topped with coleslaw. The fish is fresh and tasty. The service was excellent and super friendly. It's conveniently located off of the main street, Highway 15. If you like alcohol, there are a wide variety to choose from, including mojitos and margararitas by the pitcher. The restaurant as a full bar as well. Good place for a large gathering, like a party. Will return again!

Went here with friends that live in the area. They eat at Glenn's often and stated "We have never had a bad meal here." A nice, informal, place that is part diner-like restaurant and part bar. Service was great (but we were there during the week, off-season so not busy). I went with a clam roll and initially had low expectations. Pleasantly surprised by the roll when it arrived well filled with lightly breaded whole belly clams. Perfectly done. Fries were also perfect. My friend went with his standard beef tacos as it was "Taco Tuesday". The fact that he likes the tacos is actually high praise as he previously lived in Texas for many years. Would not hesitate to return here next time we are in the area.

Stopped here on my way to Ellsworth. I love Haddock and Scallops, so was glad to see they had a mini combo. $24 for this plate. Not huge, but it was perfect for me. Perfectly thin breading and fried right

Best lobster stew ever. Place was busy and they were short handed but that seems to be the norm nowadays. Very friendly staff!

Seeing it in the distance fills me with an overwhelming sense of excitement as it meant returning to one of my favorite hiking spots in New England (so far) and beginning a weeklong binge on Maine's freshest seafood. I absolutely love this tiny and unassuming (from the outside) seafood market and couldn't wait to be back again this year. Last year, it was the first stop to pick up ingredients for my weeklong visit to Acadia National Park. This year, after a whole year of telling anyone and everyone I knew visiting Acadia, it was once again my first stop after I started driving from Boston. Loaded Lobster Roll - check. Loaded Crab Roll - check. Dorr Hoodie - check. Fresh scallops - check. 5# bag of steamers - check. Calamari salad - check. A pair of lovely fresh and alive lobsters for later - check. Some of the freshest stuff at really competitive prices. What's there not to like? Oh yeah, there is Tim with his super sarcastic sense of humor. A conversation with him just absolutely cracks me up. Super nice dude with a lot of information and makes the overall experience here even better than it already is. I also got to meet the father and son owners during this visit. Always glad to meet the hardworking fishermen behind the amazing product that I've become addicted to.

They have fresh and frozen soups for sale, and a single refrigerator display of a few fine pieces of seafood. They do the lobster, too, of course. I went with the scallops, a quart of New England Clam Chowder, and two pounds of fresh haddock. My wife made some awesome fish and chips with the haddock, had some beautiful sautéed scallops, and the soup was excellent. Was about $75 for everything, and we'd come back. The two gentlemen running the place answered all my questions and were more than happy to assist.

We knew what we wanted because we looked while we waited. Things we ordered: clam chowder, lobster pot and crab pot. Clam chowder - this is the best clam Chowder I have ever had in my life. I still think about it. The most fresh and flavorful clam chowder ever. 5/5 stars Lobster pot - comes with steamers, corn and potatoes. It's what you expect. If you are expecting a west coast seafood boil that comes in a bag this is not it. It's simple and delicious Crab pot - 1 whole corn on the cob and a couple of potatoes and a couple of smaller clusters of crab. Again it's simple and delicious. I would come back here every single time to get the clam chowder. This place is a must for that alone.

My mom and I came for lunch because they have a cute little set up to enjoy "lobster on the lawn" while overlooking the river. We ordered a hot lobster roll with butter and a cold lobster roll with mayo; they were both fantastic. I could have sat there all day since there is ample seating so you don't feel rushed. We were even lucky enough to see a seal pop its head up! The service is friendly and quick so it's a perfect spot to just relax and enjoy a yummy lobster roll. Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone planning a trip to Maine.
