They also tried to sell me a new step (400$). Complete BS. So we went straight to Diederich's RV Mart. The owner came with us and with a little block of wood and a little wiggling and bending (carefully) he fixed in 5 minutes. He didn't want any money for it either. The diagnosis came fast, they were super courteous, and allowed me to hang around well beyond the shop closing for the day.
