Just recently moved into a new house and one of the locks in the room where my kids were hanging out was faulty and we could not open from either side and the kids were inside. Called around 8pm and got ahold of Glenn and he came out and after an hour was able to open the door .. he said it was one the hardest lock to get open in a residential area in his 41 years. Very minor damage, as I was prepared to use more force to open the door. This was a sound proof theater room with a thick custom door and lock. read more

Glenn is such a rude person and I hope anyone reading this will not give him business. I called his number and he did not identified himself so I asked a few questions to make sure that I was speaking to the right person. When I asked him if this phone number was for a lock service, he was so condescending and replied "Hey, been doing this for years". And then I asked if he was still serving the area and he replied "Just tell me what do you want?" in the most disrespectful way. Even though I was locked out and annoyed, I wouldn't give my dollars to this ass****! read more

Great service. Glenn came out to help me open my garage since I locked myself out (again). Many other locksmiths will try and give you a very open ended quote but Glenn quoted me a price and in the end I was surprised to find that the charge was exactly what we had agreed to! This man is personable and has years of experience that will help make your lockout a lot less stressful. Thank you!! read more

I just had the best experience with Glenn. I called him late on a Saturday evening, needing my front door lock rekeyed, and knowing that most locksmiths would be closed on Sunday. He was amazingly polite and professional, arrived within half an hour, and solved my issue literally in minutes. He cut me six new keys and was on his way. And the price was far less than I expected. I will absolutely contact Glenn for every future locksmith need. He was amazing. read more

Called to get my locked steering wheel/ ignition fixed. He recommended an easy solution free of charge. Appreciate his honest help .

Called to get my car open after I locked them inside. Took a little over an hour to get to me, but all the other locksmiths in Elk Grove at the time wanted to charge me 'overtime'. Glenn offered to do it for $65, pretty middle of the road rate. Now anybody can show up, run a wedge in the frame, and poke around in your car with a stick and scratch the hell out of the inside. Instead he used a special tool just for my make of car. He than was able to make a new key for me free of charge. read more

Had an issue with my front door, after locking it the door, it would not unlock. I called two places, both saying it would cost an arm and a leg to either pick the lock or drill it out. The one company gave me Glenn's number, saying that he is their emergency contact during after hours. Gave Glenn a call and he came out on his break from his full-time job within 10 minutes and got the lock, unlocked with no damage to the lock. I asked him what I owe him and he said nothing. True business professional. Thank You Glenn!!! read more
