I was a bit reluctant to bring my 3 ten year olds after reading the reviews online. The reviews…read morehad indicated that the facility was understaffed, staffed by people under the age of 18, and was dirty. The food was not good and there was a very long wait for food. I was pleasantly surprised. First, the facility was clean. It was well-staffed. The employees were young but they were conscientious. I was pleased to see they employed a special needs individual as well. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied for over 2 1/2 hours. On the negative side, the kitchen was very slow. The line was long. I didn't sample the food, so I can't comment on that. The long wait seems to be a systemic problem rather than the fault of the young people working there. My biggest complaint would be that the laser tag was closed and only three of the bumper cars worked. There is no mention of this on their website, so you don't know in advance that you are going to be paying full price but only being offered some of the services. From reading other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue.

Trampoline, zip line, slides, pool of balls, Arcade games, go kart. The food I did not like..the pizza had a nice crust but the pizza overall has a weird taste. This place won't disappoint! One staff member was very passive aggressive which left our party confused. The children enjoyed themselves which was most important.

We had ordered some appetizers but they were a little suspect at first glance; I think I dodged some abdominal discomfort by abstaining based on other's feedback from our group. Also, the draft beer tasted like their lines might have been a little neglected so I switched to bottles. At face value for the just the whirlyball it was perfect, beyond that..

Went here for a team building work event. We were here for a trade show at Suburban Collection and…read moreit is also a sales meeting. The arrangements were made by our Marketing Director. First we had dinner then the rules of whirly ball then we played. Dinner consisted of sub sandwiches, fried apps like those mini tacos, mini eggrolls and mini corn dogs, a salad, hummus, and soup. The soup was the weird thing. It was 94 degrees outside and we got soup. Maybe that was our fault but that was an option and I guess we took it. Food was mid at best. Enough to be full but not very good. The bar was open to us for draft beer and beer in the freezer. I got a blue moon on tap and it was not good. Tasted and smelled fishy. So I gave up drinking it after a few sips. The place is dark. And it was well air conditioned. Lots of big couches and random tables and chairs throughout. They have a lot of video type games and foozball and hockey tables tops. All cost. So bring $1's. Whirly ball was fun. I have to say. Playing with my coworkers was a blast. However. The bumper cars were dirty and smelly. Looked like they hadn't been washed in awhile. The catchers were raggedy and we crushed 1 ball. And it is hot. The air conditioner in the bar is not on the whirly ball court so it gets super hot. And your active so now your hot and sweaty. Then the bumper car is filthy and smelly and not maintained. My seatbelt came out of the seat. That's safe. I am not sure how often they clean and maintenance these bumper cars but it doesn't seem like they do. Gross! The score reflects the fact I had a good time with my co workers but the place itself is kinda dirty and smelly. I guess you have to weigh your fun and good time to disinfecting yourself when you get home.

This used to be Sport-n-Fun. I came here a lot when it had that name. It was an okay place. A lot…read morehas changed. The first thing you'll notice is that they updated the exterior of the building and it's pretty tastefully done. But then you go inside and you wonder if the interior designer was a kindergartner. It looks terrible and cheap. I was there on a Groupon for go karts. Walking out to the track there were multiple items that you can tell were purchased/there for another revenue stream. Bounce house and trampoline trailer. It felt like a throw money at a few things but not execute anything well and hope to make money kind of operation. Once I made it to the go karts, it struck me that there were no go karts running on the track but there was a line of around 20 or so people. The grass hadn't been mowed anywhere and weeds were growing through and over the concrete everywhere. So the line was there and so was I. For an hour. I stood in line for almost an hour while the track was empty. Once the line started moving, an hour in, there was a group of kids in line that weren't the height and probably not the age of the sign presumably left by the previous owners of the business as a rule to go on the ride. The operator let them ride ahead of me. Thankfully. The kids were hitting each other, the sides, out of their seat belts, and other shenanigans. Of course they did. They were kids allowed to ride go karts alone. It's on the operator to enforce. Not the kids to do right. The kicker for me was the guy on the side welding something in the wide open with no cover or shade from customers looking at him work (very bad). I can't see going here ever again. Even with the Groupon I felt robbed. Terrible experience really. I saw one kid employee trying his best and realizing the situation for what it was in frustration. I felt for him. As bad as it was for customers I can only imagine how exponentially worse it was to be a non-family member employee. 0/10 would not recommend
