When I questioned the price, she told me to speak with the manager. The manager was busy with other customers, and I didn't want to cause a scene, so I left. I can't justify paying that much for a basic trim and blow dry especially when the result made me feel worse, not better. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and transparency, not surprise charges for services they didn't ask for.
