We had used a local servpro 10 years ago in Norwalk (CA) and I knew the company. What I didn't have last time was Adrian at ServPro Glendora. Adrian the project manager and his team showed up within 45 minutes of my call. They went straight to work to do everything possible to save my floors. Adrian worked tirelessly, side by side with our insurance companies, and remained in constant contact with me to make sure I knew what was happening and next steps. Having Adrian as my ServePro project manager ensured that my disaster was manageable. Thank you Adrian, we would have been lost without you.

When it was brought to their attention, without concern, or requesting to see the photos we have, the owner deflected, immediately blaming us and the other trades who didn't create any debris, and he claimed we waited too long to report it (2 months), even though it was still a closed off construction zone that we didn't access, awaiting materials. Total disregard and disrespect to the condition of our home.

I understand that customer service can be challenging, but I believe feedback is important and should be taken seriously. During my visit, I was asked to move between lines even after already waiting, which created confusion and frustration. A more organized system would greatly improve the customer experience. What concerned me most was the way my concerns were handled. When I tried to express my frustration to Jesse his response was a smirk and laugh while looking at the manager then both of them smiling about it the response came across as dismissive. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve future customer experiences. I believe that listening to consistent customer concerns--especially if they are frequently mentioned--can be a valuable opportunity for growth Jesse had the audacity to say that all the customers come with a complaint and in a bad mood. It's a reason why people are complaining.!!!!!!!!!! At this time, I don't feel confident returning, but I hope to see improvements moving forward. I will not be recommending nor coming to the store moving forward .

Everything is crammed together, and it takes way more time and effort than it should just to browse. On top of that, the prices have gotten seriously ridiculous for a thrift store. Part of the appeal used to be finding affordable pieces, but now a lot of items are priced way higher than expected. It really feels like if there were more frequent sales or better pricing, items would actually move and the racks wouldn't be so overcrowded. As it stands, the shopping experience just isn't enjoyable anymore.
