The customer service made our entire experience horrible. We had to reschedule an exam and pay double the fee because the staff had horrible communication and they don't care to help clients. We took our pup to a surgery appointment and we were nervous the medical staff would be just as bad as the staff in the reception area. Luckily my pup is fine. But a poor lady went inside asking for help and they told her to go online and figure it out on her own. She was so confused and asked me for help. She said the ladies were "groceras" aka rude! Horrible staff at the front.

I understand that customer service can be challenging, but I believe feedback is important and should be taken seriously. During my visit, I was asked to move between lines even after already waiting, which created confusion and frustration. A more organized system would greatly improve the customer experience. What concerned me most was the way my concerns were handled. When I tried to express my frustration to Jesse his response was a smirk and laugh while looking at the manager then both of them smiling about it the response came across as dismissive. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve future customer experiences. I believe that listening to consistent customer concerns--especially if they are frequently mentioned--can be a valuable opportunity for growth Jesse had the audacity to say that all the customers come with a complaint and in a bad mood. It really feels like if there were more frequent sales or better pricing, items would actually move and the racks wouldn't be so overcrowded. I would struggle with implementing nap time when they were home with me. Something about being with other kids who all need to take a nap and know the schedule really helped my kids. I follow the school schedule even on weekends. It is a Montessori based school and they accept Options for Learning payments. There are a lot of Asian teachers and students enrolled. They even encourage me to start potty training my daughter. Their knowledge and belief that she is capable and ready makes me more confident to get started. Also, I have spoken to the parents of several kids who graduated onto first grade from the school, and they have each said their kid is at the top of their class and ahead.

They fill a shopping basket overflowing with fresh fruit and vegetables, canned goods, dairy products, boxed and packaged items such as pastas, beverages, breads, desserts, and even eggs. You never know what you will get, but it is worth hundreds of dollars in value! They have it down to a smooth running system, with the cars coming in, getting loaded up and then exit out. The traffic gets a little backed up on the street, but that's expected. Everyone working is volunteering their time, so people waiting in their cars need to be patient and kind. In fact, why not come volunteer yourself!
