I could not say enough about how happy we are with all the staffs and especially Maria (PT). She is so compassionate, dedicated, motivated to help and has a wonderful manner. Rest of the staff always made an effort to make all of us feel comfortable and welcomed. The entire staff exceeded my expectations which is not always easy. I've been on a waitlist for an afternoon appointment since June. No follow up. I've given up and just kept my regular schedule. 2. They have an automated text reminder. 3 times I received it and emailed them to confirm because the therapist told me she'd be out that day. Once I showed up and was told their new therapist doesn't start until a week later. Despite me getting the reminder from them. 3. I called for a day of the week change and was told they need to confirm the therapist availability and that they'll call me back once it's confirmed. I never got that call. 4. I had some problems with FSA where their receipts aren't accepted and they told me they would change my receipt from ST to say speech therapy. That never happened. Anything schedule related I just settled and work around the day he has. As far as FSA I go in have have them print me a detailed itemized receipt. Overall if you need something done and they can do it then and there, it'll be done quick. Phones and emails gets answered quickly. And you get a fast response. The problem is with their follow up and follow through. Interesting for a place that teaches speech has poor communication themselves.

At check-in, I handed the front desk employee a 7-page order packet. He even commented on how thick it was and said he would keep it "to the side just in case we need it." I was told to wait and was eventually called back for my drug screen only. The medical assistant who helped me was kind and professional. However, when I returned to the front desk to complete the rest of my required labs (blood work, vaccinations, and TB test), the same employee stated that I "only had the drug screen form" and claimed only the first page had a barcode. That was incorrect -- each page had a barcode, and all seven pages were provided at check-in. By that point, the paperwork was no longer on his desk. After additional waiting, the manager came out and explained that blood draws are not done on weekends and that I would now need a new barcode for the remaining services -- even though the original packet included everything. Because the full order was not properly reviewed at check-in, only the drug screen was processed. I am now left trying to resolve this issue and meet my employment deadline due to an error that was not mine. The manager was apologetic and professional, which I appreciated. However, the front desk employee was dismissive throughout the interaction and never returned to acknowledge the issue or apologize. Front desk staff set the tone for a medical facility. I hope this location reviews its intake procedures to prevent this from happening to others.

We saw 3 or 4 speech therapist before her and suddenly he's 95% on board with participating while practicing new skill and he was 0% participating with the other ones. So grateful we got paired with her, she pushes him the perfect amount for him and that changes by the moment constantly reading him and seeing what he's up to in each moment while not letting him avoid practice all together. I also really appreciate the guidance on things we can practice and model at home to boost our progress.
